The dam breaks when Rafael’s teeth gently sink into his lower lip and tug, and Sonny thinks to hell with it. What was one more mistake? His wounds were fresh, raw and gaping; he could tear open another that had been measly stitched closed and bleed from that too. It wouldn’t change this. It hardly made it worse.
