Chapter Text

"Come along now, my darling," Kurogiri cooed as the tiny child struggled to catch up to those damned long legs.

"I tired, Daddy," seven year old Tomura whined, falling face first into the grass in defeat. He stretched out his little gloved hand dramatically. "I can't...little legs...no good."

Kurogiri chuckled, squatting down to pick up the tiny boy, hoisting him onto his hip. "Always the dramatics, my boy."

Tomura giggled, nuzzling his face into his father's chest. He always got what he wanted. Kurogiri had raised a spoiled little brat. It's a shame how much the man's heart leaped in joy for babying the child.

"Why do you have to look like that again, Daddy," Tomura asked, poking Kurogiri's cheek.

The man had taken a quirk suppressant to hide his form, walking in tan skin with dark blue hair. It was a common thing for him. He'd use them whenever he'd do grocery runs or errands. Can't have some of All for One's well known servants stalking down the streets so obviously.

"It's my disguise," Kurogiri reminded him. "Like playing dress up."

"I like you misty better," Tomura frowned. "You don't look like Daddy anymore. You talk fancy like him but don't look like him."

"I'm still your Daddy, my angel," Kurogiri promised him. "And it's only temporary. I just wanted to take you somewhere as a surprise."

Tomura's pretty little ruby's lit up as he stared up at him. "Sapies?!"

"Surprise, little one," Kurogiri chuckled. The child still talked like a toddler at most times due to lack of education but Kurogiri's pants would be on fire if he said he didn't absolutely die for it.

"I know you've taken a liking to a certain pro hero-"

"ERASERHEAD!"

"Yes," Kurogiri smiled brightly. "I found out that he was doing a small meet and greet here. I thought maybe you would like-"

"ERASERHEAD," Tomura squealed once more. He practically fell out of Kurogiri's grasp, bolting for the entrance to the door. He'd never seen those little legs move so fast.

Kurogiri sighed, warping himself in front of Tomura, causing the boy to crash into his leg.

"No running away from me, Tomura Shigaraki," he whispered in a scolding tone. "There will be a lot of people in there and I do not want you out of my sight. Do I make myself clear?"

Tomura looked down at his feet, twisting his gloved wrist. "I sorry, Daddy. I won't run away again. I pwomise."

"Good boy," Kurogiri smiled patting the boys head. He took his tiny gloved hand and led their way into the small building.

He was right. The tiny building was packed full of people. Other underground heroes were here as well, explaining the crowd. Eraserhead wasn't exactly a popular choice but Kurogiri would support his child's interests no matter what.

Kurogiri glanced around until he spotted the pro in question. Only a few people had lined up to meet with him and get autographs signed.

"I see him," Kurogiri announced. He looked down at Tomura, who was clinging to the man's pant leg, trembling.

"Uppy, peas," Tomura begged, stretching his little arms up. "People."

"I know, baby," Kurogiri cooed as he scooped the child onto his hip once again. "Just ignore them. You're here to meet your favorite hero, remember? Aren't you excited?"

Tomura nods, bawling his little fists and waving them happily as he squealed.

"Cute little thing," Kurogiri whispered as he peppered kisses into the boy's short light blue hair. He walked over to the stand, bouncing Tomura on his side and making silly sounds to keep him entertained as they waited.

Eraserhead looked as tired and unamused as ever. His face rested against his palm as he answered questions from undercover paparazzi who obviously haven't done any research on the man at all.

Yes. Kurogiri researched the man enough to have basic knowledge of him before coming. He was a good dad.

"That's him," Tomura whisper yelled I into Kurogiri's cheek.

"Yes, I know, baby," Kurogiri chuckled.

He noticed Eraserhead raise his face from his palm, an unknowing expression on his face. He waved the paparazzi away, not breaking eye contact with Kurogiri.

Kurogiri took the motion, stepping forward to the table.

Tomura was a whimpering, panting mess, fists pounding on Kurogiri's chest rapidly.

"And who do we have here," Eraserhead smiled subtly. "What's your name?"

The boy stuttered his T nervously a couple times before giving up, pressing his face against Kurogiri's shoulder with a defeated whimper.

"It's okay, baby," Kurogiri cooed, stroking his hair slowly. "His name is Tomura. He's your biggest fan."

"Tomura, huh," Eraserhead repated. "That's a pretty name, little one. How old are you?"

Tomura sniffled, wiping his teary eyes. "I s-seven."

"Well, I think you might just be my youngest fan," Eraserhead praised. "What an honor." He stuck his hand out to the boy.

Tomura glanced up at Kurogiri, his way of asking if it was okay to which Kurogiri nods with a smile.

Tomura took Eraserhead's finger, shaking it as he giggled.

"Very cute," Eraserhead chuckled. He looked back up at Kurogiri for the first time since he got up to table. "Do I know you by chance? You look familar."

"Not likely," Kurogiri said simply, meeting his gaze. "I think I would remember you."

"Is that so," Eraserhead said in a simpler tone, eyeing Kurogiri like he was studying every inch that was visible to him.

"Daddies," Tomura said suddenly.

Eraserhead and Kurogiri both looked at the boy. "What?"

Tomura points at Kurogiri's face, looking Eraserhead in the eye. "Pretty! Daddy pretty, ya know?"

Kurogiri turned dark red. "Tomura-"

"Yes," Eraserhead responded probably a bit too quickly. "Your daddy is very pretty."

Kurogiri blinked, unable to find his words for the first time. Tomura giggled happily. "I want two daddies!"

Eraserhead laughs, eyes crinkling up as he did so. He was a rare but beautiful sight to see.

"Your son is adorable, mister uh," he hesitates.

"Kuro," Kurogiri said quickly, careful not to give his full identity but not fast enough to come up with a fake name on the spot.

"Well, Kuro," Eraserhead smiled. "I would love to take-"

"ERASER," Present Mic yelled even though he jumped up right beside him. "WE GOTTA HIT THE ROAD, BABE. WHAT ARE YOU-"

Even the loud blonde froze when he was Kurogiri. Like he'd seen a ghost.

"DO I KNOW-"

"His name is Kuro," Eraserhead finished for his husband. "And this is son, Tomura."

The loud blonde smiled brightly, leaning closer to the child he hadn't noticed before. "HELLO THERE, LITTLE DUDE!"

Tomura's bottom lip trembles before he bursts into tears, sobbing against Kurogiri's chest.

Eraserhead rolls his eyes, trying his best not to laugh. "You're too loud, baby. Dial it down a little."

Kurogiri took this as his moment to run. "It was a pleasure meeting you both. Thank you for your time but I believe Tomura is beginning to get overstimulated. We best be getting home now." He rested his chin atop Tomura's head, shushing him as he stroked his hair, beginning to walk away.

"Wait!"

Kurogiri turned back, feeling Eraserhead slip a piece of paper into his jacket pocket. "This is for you- I mean, if Tomura ever has any birthdays and whatnot. I'd love to see you both again."

Kurogiri flashed him a shy smile, cuddling his baby close. "I...we would like that as well. Thank you." He walked away before he could say anything else but could still hear their voices behind them once Tomura stopped crying.

"HE LOOKS JUST LIKE HIM."

"I know."

Kurogiri didn't really understand what they meant. Tomura didn't look anything like Kurogiri, even without his quirk form. Nevertheless, he was on a mission to get his baby home to where it was safe and quiet.
