   Summary

   Laurel Stanton is a trauma nurse at Gotham General who, on her way home from a three rotation shift (three 12 hour shifts + overtime she didn't anticipate), almost gets into a car/motorcycle accident with none other than Jason Todd. Although the streets are empty, hidden eyes are watching, causing her to be seen saving a secret vigilante. Few people know his true identity, but when one of them comes knocking on Laurel’s door, she’s forever changed. She didn’t intend to choose a side in the battle between villains and vigilantes, but by following her vow as a nurse to help save lives, Laurel painted a target on her own back.
