    Thousands of years ago, humanity found itself at the mercy of strange and terrifying monsters. A war was waged in the shadows, a constant battle between these inhuman creatures and the few mortals who dared to stand against them.

    Over a hundred years ago, the Treaty was signed, bringing an end to the eons of bloodshed. The inhumans formed their own Council, to govern and protect their people; the hunters created the Agency, an organization to shepherd humanity and enforce the Treaty, down to the letter of its law.

    And thirty seconds ago, Caitlyn Kiramman saw a certain pink-haired vampire sneak down an empty alleyway with an unsuspecting woman in tow.
