Summary
There are a number of worlds in the multiverse that feature Sam and Dean Winchester.
There is the one in which we are all familiar with, after years and years of battles and nearly thwarted apocalypses, Cas is swallowed by the Empty after confessing to Dean Winchester.
In another, Destiny dies and Dream becomes Disillusionment, who meets Dean Winchester in the same bar once a year to talk about the hunter’s life.
In most of these worlds, Death-Who-Would-Have-Become-Teleute-If-She-Had-Lived-To-See-Greece is killed by Lucifer Morningstar shortly after his fall but before his being caged. She is replaced by the Death-Who-Will-Tell-Dean-Winchester-He-Likes-The-Pizza who tells Dean Winchester he must let his beloved little brother jump into the cage with Lucifer and never let him out.
In this world, Death survives, badly injured but alive. She flees to her younger brother’s realm. Lucifer tries to get to her in the Dreaming exactly once.
