Summary
Aniue fussed, trying to pull her hands from her face to inspect her. All he really succeed in doing was getting snot to mix with a patch of blood on his sleeve, as she yanked away from him and kept wiping at her eyes. Shinobi don't cry, dammit, she used to be good at this.
To be fair, she also used to be good at walking, but at least she was getting better at that. It felt like even after months of being stuck here her brain wasn't growing at all. How long did it take useless baby bodies to grow into something semi-functional? She wasn't really paying attention when she was a baby the first time. Kakashi had graduated at 5, so less then that? Was he a fair measuring stick for a regular babies development? Was Kakashi even ever a baby?
The confusion made her cry harder, and then she got more frustrated at how much she was crying, which also made her cry more. By the Sage, was there anything that didn't make her cry?
