He never had a friend like Carlos in his whole life.Maybe it was because he didn't even know what he looked like, or because they didn't know each other in person, since they lived in two distant countries.
Yet Charles felt that there were no judgments of any kind from Carlos towards him; it was freeing to be able to talk to someone like him about everything each passing day.
Besides, he was terribly nice, witty, cheerful - he found himself laughing out loud so many times when they chatted. Carlos talked about the things that happened to him in such a funny way that he just couldn't help it.
