Nick broke out into a grin, “Well, I had to make sure I got the perfect drink for you. Being your fiancé is quite a demanding job, you know.”
“Shut up,” Charlie laughed, accepting the drink Nick handed him, “What did you get me?”
“It’s like a pineapple mojito? The bartender said it was her favorite, but then I also got myself a strawberry margarita, in case you don’t like yours, we can switch.”
“Why are you the sweetest person alive?” Charlie asked, “Get down here so I can kiss you.”
With a grin, Nick sat down on his own towel and then leaned over, allowing Charlie to pull him into a quick kiss, “It’s because I love you, I guess.”
