Can you believe that I'm doing this again?
Honestly, I'm getting really tired of feeling the need the write these pieces. On Merkel was supposed to be a one off note, and yet it seems all it has done is spawn more trouble for me.
Initially, I did not tell any of you my father's full name, mostly because it did not concern me and it certainly did not concern any of you either. It was neither here nor there.
However, it appears that a certain Polish man has decided to announce it with pride, in an attempt to call me a liar.
I am not a liar for not telling you things that I don't think you need to know. This is obvious and I don't think any of you would believe such falsehoods.
Since Mateusz has decided to attempt to bring my personal information to light, I shall level the playing field.
Mateusz, you are my cousin. First cousin, in fact. And if your father hadn't fallen ill, you would've had a solid chance of being my half brother.
If you desire to check this, go ahead. Ask your father, or whatever shred of family you have left on your paternal side, about what happened to Uncle Jeremiasz. I doubt they will have much to say in the way of niceties about him. Though, I know your father wasn't much different.
Yes, your father was always by his brother's side. He was in Germany gambling with my father, and he would be in a hotel bed, down with a cold, the night of my conception. He even told my father to flee when my mother had started to sicken with me inside her. Do you remember all his business trips? Those were for helping my father in, and later out of Mexico. He was with him at every political turn and took him to the hospital on the night he died.
So, every time you go to pick on me, think about the fact I'm your cousin, and maybe reconsider. Or don't. Frankly, I don't care. The playing field between us is completely and utterly level and flat. Cousins cannot throw anything at eachother that doesn't affect themselves just as much.
