Summary
Beidou pushed her lover backwards, pressing her back to the wall beside the bedroom door. Ningguang regarded her through half-lidded eyes, a lazy smile on her lips.
“Archons, woman.” Beidou muttered, still unbelieving of the way this slip of a thing had her nearly on her knees. She pressed her lips to Ningguang’s, the length of their bodies flush as they moved against each other. Unable to wait any longer, she slipped her tongue into the Tianquan’s mouth, sliding it over the ridges of her teeth, murmuring a sound of pleasure when Ningguang’s tongue pushed back. She carded her hand through Beidou’s thick brown hair, tugging it gently and digging her fingers in.
“Are we going to stand outside all night, or shall we go in?”

Beidou’s away a lot with her crew, but her mind is constantly on her beloved Tianquan. When her feet finally touch on land, the first thing she does is abandon the ground again, this time in favor of the sky, in the Jade Chamber, in Ningguang’s arms— and in her bed.
