Summary
Sam and his boyfriends settle into their new life in their house.
EXCERPT:
“Sam?” asked Bucky softly from the door, “Can I come in?”
Sam could figure this out on his own. He knew how to groom himself. How to choose an outfit. How to be a person.
But… but he was allowed to lean on people, right? He was allowed to lean on Bucky.
Sam opened the door. Bucky smiled at Sam. Like he was beautiful despite the fact that he just came back from a month-long mission and his facial hair was a mess. Like Sam wasn’t freaking out for no reason over the fact that they were having friends over for a nice-ish dinner.
“Stop looking like that,” grumbled Sam, feeling his face heat as he turned his eyes away from Bucky, “You’re making me self-conscious.”
Bucky leaned his hip on the counter, grabbing the shaving cream.
“Don’t be like that,” murmured Bucky as he sprayed shaving cream into his hand, “You’d look like a swoony even if you were wearing a potato sack.”

“Next time, I’ll call you in for the destress orgy,” deadpanned Bucky, snickering with Sam.
“Sleep,” said Steve, helping Sam get settled in bed, “Want me here? Or would you like to be alone?”
Sam’s eyes welled up. There was a choked noise that broke Steve’s heart as Sam opened his arms. Steve didn’t say anymore. He crawled into bed next to Sam and pulled Sam into his arms. Sam fell apart, sobbing into Steve’s chest as he clung onto Steve. Steve did what he could. He rubbed Sam’s back. He kissed Sam’s cheek, his shoulder. He held Sam close. He held Sam even as he felt Sam go limp, heard him start to snore softly in his arms. He stayed there with Sam. He must have for hours, since he heard the door to the master bedroom creak open, Bucky peering in.
Bucky seemed to get what was happening immediately. He crept into the bedroom, silent as he crawled in on Sam’s other side, whispering into Sam’s ear. Sam seemed awake enough to peer over, mumble something back to Bucky before Bucky curled up next to Sam. Sam relaxed again, closing his eyes. The three of them stayed like that for the rest of the night.“Hey,” strained Sam as he… awkwardly waved at his boyfriends from the other side of the room, “Thanks for coming.”
“Joaquín said that you were hit by a weird pollen on your last mission,” said Steve as he and Bucky entered the room, “Is… is this what I think it is?”
Steve sounded way too excited for sex pollen. Sam kind of wanted to tell Steve it wasn’t just to stop that giddy look of pure joy and lust.
But Sam really wanted Steve in him right now too.
“There was an incident. Possibly involving an alien plant that… sprayed me with what could be considered an aphrodisiac,” side-stepped Sam.
“Sex pollen,” Steve grinned, way too into this.“I was ready the moment I heard it was sex pollen,” announced Steve somewhere behind Sam.
“You’re gorgeous like this. You truly are. The way you take me so well, Sam. I would stay here forever if I could,” said Bucky, just rambling, “Of all the universes, of all the worlds, I find myself with you. Here. Now. And I’m so grateful that despite everything, I found you. I know you. I don’t know what I would be without knowing you. And you’re not everything. No one should be. But you’re so much to me. And I just want to make you happy forever. You, me, and somehow Steve. It’s beautiful. How you wrap your lips around his dick. I can see so much love in how you take him inside and it’s like my heart stops. It’s probably strange, right? Being happy for you two. But how can I not be? My best friend and my boyfriend are just happier because they have this added layer to their relationship. This romance between them. I love you both so much. Maybe not in the same way. “I didn’t know what happened to him after I was captured. I hope he made it through,” said Bucky with a shrug.
“You got mad at me for taking people in a tent when you were doing it dirty in the woods?” asked Steve as Sam felt Steve’s fingers pull out, “Also, those weren’t details.”
Steve organized Sam’s legs over his shoulders. Lined himself up with Sam’s entrance.
“Those were details,” Bucky scoffed, “I spun you a love story.”
“I asked for a fuck,” corrected Steve as Sam felt it, the tip entering him as Steve steadily burrowed himself into Sam.“Then she was moaning nonsense. Like you are right now except she was moaning it into her hand, trying to tamper down any sounds in case someone was nearby,” explained Steve as his hands wandered up Sam’s body, shamelessly fondling Sam, “The feeling of ravaging her as I held her soft breasts, as I kissed her neck, as pulled her close and exploded again.”
Steve groaned, keeping Sam close as he throbbed inside of Sam.
“I’m pretty sure she’s the reason all the girls kept coming up to me after. All the fellas in the Howlies got curious,” hummed Steve into Sam’s neck, “The stories I have about those men.”
Bucky groaned.
“No. I’ve heard enough of them yelling, ‘yes, yes, yes. Oh god. Fuck, Steve,’ in my lifetime from the other side of a tent. That you shared with me,” said Bucky, annoyed.
“I offered to share,” said Steve, which made Sam laugh.“I understand the feeling. I didn’t actually have any experience with men until I joined up with the Howling Commandos. At least. When it came to anal,” said Steve, and was he smugly grinning?
Bucky looked a little haunted.
“Yeah. I know Stevie. I was there,” said Bucky as he went to grab a lube bottle from the nightstand, “We all know, Stevie.”
“Wait. Did you two…?” Joaquín started and Sam cackled.
“Steve didn’t even know Bucky liked sex before me,” said Sam.
“There was no way in hell I was going to fuck Stevie. Out of sheer spite at how he kept ruining my sleep schedule,” grumbled Bucky as he waved the lube bottle exasperatingly. -
