   Summary

   Eddie got into the front seat of Steve’s car while Max got into the backseat.

   Steve opened his mouth, but Eddie pointed at him, “Listen, motherfucker, I have something to tell you, and you better shut up and stay quiet while I tell you last month's shit-show in five minutes or less because, man, you’re not going to believe this shit, but you’re gonna have to.”

   Steve gaped at him, probably wondering why the hell Max was speaking to him like that.

   Max snapped at Eddie, “That’s how you’re easing him into it?” She leaned forward to speak to Steve. “What this dip-shit means is that there’s an explanation for why he spoke to you like that.”

   Max and Eddie died that night, but something happened: their souls ending up in the wrong body and waking up a month before Vecna tries to end the world.

   Knowing the future, they might be able to save each other’s lives and a few others, as well as stop Vecna, stop the end of the world, and navigate high school in the wrong body without letting everyone know what's going on.

   Oh and get back in their original bodies, which would be a bonus.
