Work Text:
you were so bored, simply slumped on you and shoto's shared sofa. you couldn't think of anything to do and everything you'd already thought of took too much effort. "____, are you okay?" shoto asked as he entered the sitting room. you groaned, relaying your dilemma to your half-and-half partner. "if we did something together would that help?" "maybe," you shrugged.
"what if we dressed up like potatoes since that's exactly what I feel like right now..?" the boy smiled at your joke, "and where would we find the costumes? how about we go outside instead?"
you groaned, "too much effort.." shoto pulled you to your feet, ignoring your annoyance and trying to motivate you to get up. "no more being a potato," he said with a small, chaste smile.
you both dressed and your lover waited patiently as you sluggishly put on each item of clothing. when you were finally ready, shoto lead you, on foot, to an area you hadn't been before. you were feeling too floppy to object so you simply followed. it ended up being a field of soft, mid-length grass, the occasional orange flower here and there.
"what is this place?" you asked shoto, who's lips still held a smile. "I found it when I was on a walk, it's nice and no one ever really comes here so I visit to just sit and relax. in other words, I do nothing but at least I'm surrounded by nice scenery."
you both just sat in the grass, as he'd said, doing nothing but at least with a view. and as you looked at your beautiful shoto, you'd never want a view different from the one you had the pleasure of seeing right now.
