Will is a socially awkward, angsty teen dealing with the downfall of being a queer man in the middle of Indiana in the 1980’s. Having to deal with the struggle of staying hidden, bullies, past abuse and having a crush on his childhood best friend who couldn’t possibly be able to like him back.
