"I like you." With a shaking voice caused by his nervousness, Porchay confessed to Kim.
He just gave the guitar pick he made for the older. And while he has the courage at the moment, he said his feelings.
"Well you don't have to like me ba—" Chay's words were cut short when Kim walked the little distance between them to let his lips collide with the younger's.
The kiss lasted for just a few seconds; it was sweet, warm, and comforting.
Finally, the two are aware of the other's feeling.
"I like you too." Kim smirked and laughed when Chay hugged him.
"Come on, what about I take you out on a date?" He said that made Porchay part from he hug.
"Sure. I would love to."
They don't know how, but they managed to get into Kim's car safely. Everything feels like a fever dream for the both of them.
Kim was driving happily; his hand on top of Chay's as the other sings along to the song they're playing on the speaker.
"Woah, it's so pretty!" Chay exclaimed after he got out of the car.
Kim brought him to a place full of flowers. He knows the sunset will be seen clearly here so he chose this place.
In the center, there was a picnic blanket and basket. Foods were already prepared.
Chay gasped upon seeing it.
He turned to Kim, "Phi, did you prepare all of this?"
The man walked towards him, smile still not disappearing.
"Ofcourse. You deserve it."
Chay blushed and smiled shyly so he quickly turned away from Kim and sat on the blanket.
The latter chuckled; fond of Chay and everything he does.
He sat infront of the younger and started chatting with him while enjoying the foods.
The sunset came at the same time they finished eating.
Kim moved closer to Chay and put his hand around Chay's waist.
The other responded with leaning his head on Kim's shoulder and putting his hand on his thigh.
"I'm mesmerized by the view, Phi." He turned his head to look at Kim. "Thank you for bringing me here. Thank you for liking me. Just.. thank you."
Kim nodded and gently kissed Chay's forehead, making the latter close his eyes and lean in to the touch.
The two watched the sunset with a comforting silence, the smile on their faces never fading. They were happy, contended and couldn't ask for more.
Fuck.
Kim's eyes were wet. He sat up on his bed and shook his head upon coming to a realization—
It was a dream. It was all just a dream.
He and Chay already broke up and no matter what he does, he can't win the other's heart back anymore.
Now all he can do is cry about it. Regret his actions, and blame his self.
