Pumpkin Patch

Summary:

The groups getting ready for the fall season, and what better way then to go to the Pumpkin Patch!

Notes:

This is literally just fluff. Nothing else to do with it, I wanted so fun times with everyone. I hope you like it! <3!

Work Text:

Autumn had to be April’s favorite season. The colors, the leaves, the comfy clothes, even the food, all stuff she looked forward to. But her absolute favorite had to be going to the Pumpkin Patch. She had a lot of good memories with her mom, picking the right one and making a night of it. Which was why she made the turtles, Splints, Draxum, Casey and Casey Jr all get dressed in some fun cozy sweaters and hats and head out to the patch on the outskirts of town.

She was bouncing with excitement, and it was obviously contagious as Casey Jr. also began to bounce up and down.

“Explain why we had to accompany you on this childish endeavor!” Casey screamed loudly as she put her fist in the air and shook it in rage.

“Because.” April said with a grin as she grabbed Casey’s hand and brought it down, “We enjoy hanging out with you. Besides you could have said no… and you didn’t.”

Casey seemed to freeze as April grabbed her hand, her cheeks flushing as she looked away and stuck her hands in her pocket.

“You’ll have fun Cass, I promise.” April told her with a wink.

Casey muttered to herself about destroying enemies as she continued walking, pulling up her black scarf to cover her mouth. With that, her outfit consisted of a black beanie with a red outline, a light brown t-shirt with a black jacket, some black combat boots and dark gray jeans. April had made a strict dress code for the group, which meant no ninja outfits allowed.

April herself was in a lime green long sleeve sweater with yellow stripes and orange skirt overalls. The overalls had a cute little frog waving over the top of the pocket. Her hair was up in a Green bandana and Mikey had told her it looked slightly like a pumpkin stem with the two ends sticking up. She turned and grinned at Casey Jr, who looked terrified and out of place. She held out her hand to him and he stared at it for a second before taking it and falling in step with the other two.

Casey Jr. was wearing a light gray beanie with an orange undershirt and a big dark brown overcoat, some cute black gloves, some black jeans, and light grey sneakers. Donnie was next to join the group, his phone glued to his hand as he pretended not to care about the activities. But he was excited, April could tell as he glanced up at the sign leading them to the patch. He had on a loose fitting dark gray beanie with his goggles over the top, and a dark orange top with a black jacket lined with brown fur. He was wearing gray boots and light brown jeans.

Mikey had run ahead with Raph and Leo, making sure to get a very big red wagon for the group to put their pumpkins in, and was now on his way back as April waved him over. He wore a white sleeveless blouse, a big fluffy brown coat, and a black skirt that went down to his knees paired with some black leggings and white boots with fur collars folded over the opening.

“There were so many April!!” Mikey cried as he clapped his hands together. “And they are selling jack-o-lantern kits! So we can get extra!!”

April grinned as she swayed her arm back and forth, causing Casey Jr. to stumble a bit with a giggle as he tried to hold on. “Knowing us we will probably need it.”

After a few seconds Raph and Leo came into view, Raph pulling a red wagon behind him, and Leo inside it. Raph was wearing an oversized orange sweater with different color leaves on it, as well as some festive mittens and dark gray jeans, while Leo was rocking a blue scarf with a red undershirt, a dark brown linen jacket, dark blue vans, and gray jeans.

With that, the only people left in their group unaccounted for were Draxum and Splinter. Try as she might, she couldn’t get Draxum to change his attire, and other than blue ear muffs, Splinter hadn't changed much either. Thankfully no one seemed to pay them any mind in this city, so it didn’t matter too much. April finally found the two of them bickering at the entrance about who would pay for the day's festivities. As long as it wasn't April, she didn't mind too much.

It only took about ten minutes for Splinter to agree to let Draxum pay, then the group could finally go in. Pumpkins were almost as far as the eyes could see, the only pumpkin-less area was a corn maze off the back left, and a few vendors here and there with caramel apples and other fun treats. Mikey was busy picking up different colored leaves to admire them as Leo and Raph started to fight about him being in the wagon. April felt a tug on her arm and looked to see Casey Jr. Looking up at her in confusion and a small amount of fear.

“A..are they always like this?” He asked.

She grinned as she watched the chaos. “Yes… yes they are.”

Turning to Donnie, she held out her hand for his phone, to which he slowly raised his eyes up to meet hers from his slouching position. He sighed and pocketed it, walking away from her to Mikey with a grumble.

April pulled both of the Caseys along to take a better look at some of the pumpkins, and to pull them away from the boys' shenanigans. Casey Jr. was in awe of a lot of things, but April never stopped loving his reactions. The way his eyes lit up as he looked from pumpkin to pumpkin, examining the sizes and looking back to April as if to make sure it was okay. She grinned everytime, reminding him he could get a pumpkin as many times as he needed to hear it, even though he still hadn't picked one.

“What about you Casey?” She asked, turning to her as Casey stood with her arms crossed glaring at the pumpkins.

“The pumpkin which I will soon slaughter and gut to fill with a light made from the flames of my revenge?” She cried and April had to move to the side to avoid a kick Casey had intended for the air in front of her.

“Yea!!!” Casey Jr. cried kicking the air in a similar motion.

April let out a chuckle as she copied the move, much to Casey Jr.'s excitement.

“If that works for you Cass.”

Casey cracked a small smile at that before turning to Casey Jr. “D…do you have a specific pumpkin in mind?”

Casey Jr. took another look at a row of pumpkins and rubbed his arm, “I'm not sure yet. There's a lot to look through.”

Casey cleared her throat and made sure not to look at April as her ears turned red, “W..would you require assistance?”

Casey Jr gave a soft smile at his future mother and slowly nodded.

It was still hard for April to wrap her head around, how Casey Jr was Casey's son even though right now he was just a few years younger than them. He must have dreamt of doing fun stuff like this with his family before…. April sighed as she took a step back from the two of them as they continued talking. She couldn't give him that, but she was hopeful that his new family would be enough.

Deciding the two needed time alone, April gave them a wave and made her way over to Mikey, who was now conversing with Leo. Mikey had a pile of leaves underneath him, while Leo was leaning up against one of the biggest pumpkins April had ever seen.

“I’m telling you Miguel, I can get it back to the lair lickety split.” Leo was saying. The pumpkin was about as big as he was, and twice as wide. It was so big Leo was basically covered behind it, and was currently trying to stand on top of it.

“And I told you, Leonard.” Mikey told him as he crossed his arms. “Last time you tried to portal something to the lair it came back in pieces! And I need this pumpkin in one piece!”

“And!” April interjected, scaring Leo as he tumbled off the back and let out a grunt as he hit the floor, “No Mystic powers today remember?”

Leo let out an offended huff as he crossed his arms while still on the ground, “We weren’t gonna, April.”

“Then how were you going to get it home?” She asked, leaning over him with a raised eyebrow.

He looked away from her, looking at the pumpkin, then to Mikey to not meet her eyes, “S..some other way.”

“We have a wagon, don’t we?” April asked, offering a hand to help up Leo. He took it with a sigh and she pulled him up with ease. He let out a yelp as she gave him a hard tug and he was pulled up, glaring at her as she grinned.

“Yea, I’m sure we do, but Raph has it.” He told her, sticking out his tongue.

“Well then I’ll go find him.” April told him, sticking out her own tongue at him.

“And I’ll stay here with the pumpkin!” Mikey told them, grinning as he wrapped his arms around it.

“Why do you need a pumpkin that big anyway, Mike and Ikes?” April asked as she knocked on it, eyeing it to check for any sign of mold.

“Cause it’s big enough to put everyone on.” Mikey said, grinning happily as he looked it over. “I can carve the whole family on it! So it has to be as big as possible!”

April nodded to that, grinning as she turned to Leo, “And did you find one that you liked?”

He shrugged his shoulders, “I don’t know, they all look like pumpkins.”

“Yea, but you can turn them into all sorts of things.” Mikey told him with a wide grin, “And then when you put a light in there you can cast a cool shadow, too!”

Leo looked at the pumpkin next to the big one Mikey had claimed, squatting down to look at it as he rubbed the back of his neck, “How do I know which one is a good one?”

“Ooh I know that one! April’s been showing me stuff!” Mikey said with a grin, “I could help you if you want!”

April turned to Leo and gave him a hopeful grin. Leo looked at April, then turned to Mikey and gave his a soft smile and a nod. “Yea okay bud. Show me the perfect Pumpkin!”

“And I’ll go get the wagon!” April told them as she stuck her hand in the air, pointer finger straight up. “Where did you see Raph last?”

“He was over by the corn maze.” Mikey said, pointing in the general direction of the corn maze.

April nodded and waved goodbye to the two as she made her way towards the corn maze. It took a bit of searching, but she did find him right around the entrance, as he looked inside, scanning as if he was searching for something. The way the corn moved back and forth gave off a little bit of an eerie vibe to it, and with Raph standing on edge at the entrance, April’s big sis senses were tingling. His hand was still on the red wagon behind him, but it looked more like he was about to throw it than he was dragging it.

“Raph?” She asked, a few feet away to make sure he didn’t get spooked by her.

He already knew she was there, turning softly to put himself in front of her and the maze as he continued to stare down it.

“What’s up?” April asked as she came up behind him, scanning the area to find what he was looking for.

“Hypno… I saw him go down here… haven’t seen him leave.” Raph didn’t turn to look at her, glaring slightly, and April saw some red electricity streak up his arm.

“Whoa, okay big guy.” April said, putting her hand on his shoulder, “Let’s check it over before we go all out okay? Its still our day off remember?”

Raph turned to look at her and gave a soft frown before nodding, “Sorry… I don’t wanna ruin today I..”

“No need to apologize! If they need to be taken out the older sibs will do it super quick and no one will even know.” April told him as she slammed her fists into her other hand with a wicked grin.

Raph grinned back and nodded as the two of them entered the maze, the wagon creaking behind them. The maze was taller than Raph, which was saying something. It didn’t help that it was cloudy outside, giving the maze a darker look as they entered further in. Raph had told her all about his last spell, and that made every noise she heard even more intense, like a twig snapping meant she was going to break into dance or something.

“You know… it’s so dark in here.” April said, grinning up at Raph with a mischievous twinkle in her eye, “Could be haunted.”

Raph scanned in front of them as he turned the corner, then turned back at April with a raised eyebrow. “Why does being dark mean it’s haunted?”

April shrugged, taking a few steps in front of him, “I don’t know, cause it’s spooky.” She grinned up at him and put her hands up wiggling her fingers up in his face, “Who knows maybe we could see a ghost?” She wiggled back and forth at him.

“Or a ghost bear.” Raph muttered, tensing his fist as they continued walking.

“Come on, you’re no fun.” April told him as she grinned and nudged his shoulder, “Not everything is the end of the world. Sometimes it's just a ghost saying hi.”

Raph chuckled at that as April gave him another grin. “Just saying hi?”

“Wellington Sundays!”

Both April and Raph tensed immediately at the words, standing next to each other back to back as they surveyed the area, looking for the hippo, or the start of a spell they would have to fight. They were both surprised to find that Hypno was standing over a smashed pumpkin, with Warren on his back.

“Fine, we’ll go back out and get one more.” Hypno was saying, turning to Warren as he pointed at him. “Then we leave!”

“Hate to cut this short.” Raph said stepping in front of April as red lighting shot up both his arms as he pounded his fists together.

“But this maze is no place for your corn-y games.” April finished, grinning to Raph as she stepped out from behind him, but to his dismay.

“Wh..no wait!” Hypno cried as he put his hands up.

“We don’t want trouble… this time.” Warren said, causing Raph to look at him in confusion.

Raph leaned down to whisper to April, his hands still up, ready to strike, “Who's that guy?”

April snickered slightly as Warren glared at Raph. “Warren Stone, the News Reporter.”

“The guy whose arm we gave to you?”

“Yep, that one.” April said as Warren gritted his teeth a the two of them.

Hypno put a huge hand on Warren’s back, “Let it go Warren, not now.”

“Hold on!” Raph said as he put his hand up, “You aren’t here to fight?”

“N..no we’re not.” Hypno told them as he raised up his hands, “We, honestly, we're trying to leave without making a scene.”

April crossed her arms at them, taking a step in front of Raph as he looked on in surprise, “How can we trust you?”

Warren jumped from Hypno’s shoulder to his arm, to get closer to April, “Well I would hope my favorite Stone-head would know when I'm being sincere.”

April glared at Warren, bringing her hands down to her side as a green fire ignited in her right hand, and she glared at him. “After what you did with the key, I don’t trust anything you say.”

Warren let out a small scared chuckle as he moved back down Hypno’s arm. Hypno put his hands up higher, taking the attention back to himself as he gave a nervous smile.

“We uh, we are taking a bit of a break from villainy.”

Warren glared, “For now.”

Raph glared right back, the red lightning on his arms picking up again, shooting up and off his arm, causing Warren to sink further behind Hypno.

“Don’t get me wrong, robbing a bank or uh, stealing some diaries is quite entertaining, but… destroying the world?” Hypno’s face turned a little somber as he shook his head, “That was never part of the deal.”

“S..so.” Warren said, peeking his head up to look at April instead of Raph, “W..we decided maybe we should lay low for a while… to make up for uh… almost getting you guys… and you know… everyone else… killed.”

“Honestly we intended to leave the second we saw you, but we… uh aha, we got lost.”

“You got lost in the maze?” April asked, trying not to giggle at them as Hypno shrugged.

“But since you are here!” Hypno said, reaching into his pocket as both Raph and April tensed, ready for a fight.

“Wait!” Warren screamed.

Hypno looked up at the two of them and let out a sheepish grin, “I.. I know this looks bad but this is a gift! F..for the blue one! He’s a fan of famous magicians, correct?”

“Yea, Leo likes magic.” Raph said, through clenched teeth, still a little on edge.

“I have Venus DeMagic’s latest performance. I thought with all the… previous adventures he might enjoy some quick change magic.”

He held out a small DVD in a case towards April and Raph, his hands shaking just a little as he tried to hand it over. Raph turned to April as they both thought over what he had said. Raph turned back to Hypno, then to April and shrugged at her. April sighed as she slowly took the DVD.

“If this turns out to be a spell or something after the past few months my brothers have had...” Her other hand ignited with green fire again, and Hypno let out a nervous chuckle, “Not even the Kraang could save you.”

“U…understood.” Hypno said, trying to back further away as Warren hid in his collar.

“Get your pumpkin and get outta here, the exit’s that way.” Raph said, pointing towards the exit they were only a few turns away from.

“Much obliged.” Hypno said as he quickly turned on his heels and left, Warren clinging to him.

April turned to Raph and gave a small grin as she shrugged her shoulders, “That went… well?”

“Better than I thought.” Raph said with a sigh.

“Come on, let’s get you a pumpkin.” April said as she put a hand on his shoulder and gave him a pat.

Raph nodded as they made their way out, and April let out a gasp and grinned up at him, “Oh and a caramel apple!! The Caseys have to have some cotton candy or something before we leave!”

“Mikey bought hot cocoa.” Raph said, giving a real grin as they passed the exit.

“Even better!” April called as she took the wagon out of his hand, “But first, let’s get the pumpkins!!”

Raph grinned and walked in pace with her as they caught up with Mikey and Leo, Leo now with a sizable pumpkin in his hands, and Mikey still clinging to the huge one he had found earlier. Raph gave April a wide eyed look as she shrugged.

“Are you going to tell him no?” She asked with a grin, “Cause I’m not.”

He sighed as he crouched down and got ready to pick up the enormous pumpkin, “Fine fine.”

“Oh, and Leo.” April said, taking out the DVD, “I think we have something we can watch while we carve the pumpkins. I’ve got the newest show from Venus DeMagic.”

Leo’s eyes lit up as he quickly put the pumpkin in the wagon, trying not to trip as he scrambled to grab the DVD.

“How did you get this?” He asked as he snatched it from her hands.

April grinned as she wiggled her fingers in front of her, “Imagination.”

She took a look over the group and frowned, “I haven’t seen Donnie in a while, do you know where he went?”

“Oh, Draxum and him were picking pumpkins last I saw them.” Mikey said as he sat on top of the pumpkin that Raph was trying to lift. After a few tries, Raph slowly stopped lifting, rose to his full height, and pushed Mikey off the top of the pumpkin. Mikey let out a grunt as he hit the floor and Raph crouched back down to get back to the pumpkin as Leo cackled behind the two.

April giggled as Mikey crossed his arms from the floor and then slowly rose back up to glare at Raph. She let out a snicker as she realized Mikey was about to retaliate as he made his way to stand on the pumpkin. April took a step away from the group and surveyed the pumpkin patch, catching a glimpse of Draxum’s coat tail, and left without a goodbye, hearing them scuffle behind her.

It was nice to see Draxum interact with the turtles, and April was grateful that he was slowly becoming a part of the family. However, two self-proclaimed mad scientists left unattended was not the best idea, especially when April was sure Draxum still had some ooze-squitoes. So April quickened her pace as she approached. She was proven right when as she approached, she saw Donnie had his goggles down over his eyes, grinning up at Draxum who nodded, whatever they were talking about was lost on April.

“Hey guys!” She called loudly, causing Donnie to panic as he shoved his goggles up his head as Draxum quickly tried to hide something in his coat as Donnie turned to her.

“Oh hi April! I thought you were still with the others.” Donnie said with the fakest chuckle April had ever heard, “We are just… here looking at the gourds.”

“Yes.” Draxum said, nodding nervously, “Looking at these… gourds to… carve later.”

She crossed her arms at them, “Uh huh, and what were you two talking about?”

“A..about.” Donnie turned to Draxum, “Which one would look strong e..enough to carve?”

“What’s the one rule for today Donnie?” April asked as she narrowed her eyes at him.

His shoulders slumped slightly as he looked down, “Don’t make a mutant pumpkin.”

She turned to Draxum who let out a nervous chuckle. “That rule goes to you too, Barry. No mutant pumpkins. Get some chocolate raisins or something and find a fun pumpkin. You can mutate it tomorrow.”

Both of them turned to look at her with wide eyes, “You mean it?”

April rolled her eyes, “No! Splinter already said no mutating, you know that!”

“That rat is not the boss of me.” Draxum said as he crossed his arms.

“Then bring it up with him.” April said with a glare as she shook her head at them. “But I am not fighting a mutant pumpkin today, we all look too cute to be covered in pumpkin guts. At least not yet.”

Donnie crossed his arms in a pout as Draxum looked away.

April looked from Donnie to Draxum, putting her arms together, “Please? We can go get some popcorn balls, and get hot chocolate, and watch some silly stuff, just a fun no science or magic day.”

Draxum and Donnie both looked at her, then Donnie sighed heavily, “Fine. Come on Draxum, let's go get some popcorn balls.” He turned and pointed at the pumpkin they were talking over, “And I want to take that one with us.” He turned to April with his hands up in surrender, “For carving purposes.”

Draxum rolled his eyes, but relented when April stuck out her bottom lip. “Understood, O’Neil.”

“Good!” April said with a grin, as it slowly turned to a glare, “Because next I was going to have to threaten.”

Draxum let out a small grunt to hide his nervous glance to Donnie. But nevertheless Donnie picked up the pumpkin and the two of them started to leave. Just to be safe though, April put her hand on Draxum’s shoulder.

“Can I have whatever you put in your coat?” She asked, holding out her hand for Draxum as Draxum sighed angrily.

Slowly he held out his hand and handed her what he had hid in his coat, a strange green colored liquid in a vial. She nodded at him with a roll of her eyes as she stuck it in her pocket. Draxum crossed his arms, and the two went off to the vendor section, Donnie however, stayed put.

“Are you coming with me?” She asked with a grin, and Donnie gave her one back.

“I’m just waiting for you to turn your back so I can take the vial back.”

“You can sure try.” She gave him a wink, “Let’s get that pumpkin with the others.”

“We really weren’t gonna do anything bad.” Donnie told her with a shrug, “It could have mutated, but really it was just going to make it really big. Mikey said he needed a big pumpkin so…”

“Aw you were gonna make him a big one so he wouldn’t come home empty handed?” April asked, giving Donnie a soft smile.

Donnie shrugged as he looked away, not wanting to show her how red his face had gotten at her calling out how he wanted to help his brother.

“If it helps I think he found a pretty big one. So you can carve that one.” April said, pointing to the smaller sized one in his hand. “What are you going to make?”

“I..I don’t know maybe Shelldon or something.” Donnie said with a shrug.

“I think that’ll be fun, you could make his face and get a purple light for it!” April told him as she patted his shoulder. “But first we gotta get some fun snacks, come on let’s get the rest of them!”

Donnie and April giggled and talked back and forth on the way back, where the rest of the group minus Draxum and Splinter were adding their pumpkins to the wagon Raph had, Mikey’s on the bottom. Casey Jr had one in his hand and was bouncing up and down excitedly to something Leo was saying, while Raph was nodding and adding off of it. April assumed they were talking about the DVD Leo had got. Donnie put the pumpkin in the wagon as they approached and April got a good look at everyone’s pumpkin. Raph had the smallest one, while Donnie and Leo had the next smallest pumpkin, being about just as big as two of their hands. Casey and Casey Jr had similar size pumpkins that were about as big as their torsos, while Casey’s was just a little bit bigger. Mikey had the absolute biggest, the one taking up the most space in the wagon.

It occurred to April that she had not gotten one for herself, but she was running out of time, and they were getting ready to go to vendors. Taking a look around she was intent to grab the nearest pumpkin, but was surprised as Casey Jr held out a really big pumpkin in his hands.

“We noticed you were busy, Commander! So Mo-uh… Casey and I found a pretty good one for you to use!” He said, grinning at her as he handed over the pumpkin. April grinned at the two of them as she took the pumpkin.

“Ooh, pretty big! And a good weight to it! Yea, okay I like it! This will be perfect!” She cried excitedly as she put it in the wagon.

Casey Jr pumped his fist in the air, “Yes! I got the right one!”

Casey rolled her eyes, but April saw a small smile she tried to hide under her scarf.

April led the group to the vendors, taking Casey and Casey Jr with her with the orders of the other. They had alot of orders, but thankfully they were able to get a bag to take the popcorn balls and other fun treats. Casey Jr got his own cotton candy that he continued to stare at as Raph took the biggest bite of a caramel apple April had ever seen.

Casey Jr took a bit of the cotton candy in his hand, and looked to Leo who gave him a small grin as he nodded, as if confirming that it was okay for him to eat. The boy was still a little cautious, but took a bite of the pink fluff. His eyes went wide and he grinned as he took another huge bite, and the gang couldn’t help but chuckle a little bit as he ate the whole thing, and took a bite of the paper blue and white stick it was stuck on. He gave a small disappointed look as the rest of the group pretended not to notice. April traded him for a carmel apple and began to munch on a popcorn ball as they started to leave the lot, the lights coming on as the sun began to set. It gave the sky a pink and orange glow as they entered the parking lot.

“Are we worried about Splinter and Draxum?” April asked as she took another bite, leaning up against Casey who slowly reached for her hand, stopping when Casey Jr. noticed.

“Well, hopefully they’re at the tank.” Raph said with a shrug, holding out a hand as April gave him a popcorn ball, that he then shoved it whole into his mouth, munching loudly.

“Or they got into a fight and are currently fighting over all of New York.” Donnie reasoned, taking another bite of his apple.

“If they are fighting.” Casey said, shaking slightly in excitement, “I would gladly separate the two of them.”

“Or!” April said, grabbing Casey’s hand as she pulled her back in step with herself. “We get to the tank and see what happens.”

Casey blushed slightly, shoving more cotton candy in her face to look away from the group, as the rest of the turtles snickered at her. Casey Jr excitedly grabbed Leo’s hand, then grabbed Mikey’s, swinging their arms back and forth as they walked.

Leo turned to Mikey and grinned, giving his younger brother a wink as both of the turtles took their arms back at the same time and started to swing Casey Jr back and forth as Casey Jr started to laugh. They continued doing so as they walked, until the two of them swung back as far as they could and flung Casey Jr up. He let out a squeak as he soared into the air, Raph immediately dropped the wagon to catch the boy. Donnie picked up the wagon and walked in step of Casey and April as Raph set Casey Jr. up on his shoulders, glaring at Mikey and Leo who fist bumped each other as Casey Jr continued to giggle.

“So, what are you going to make on your pumpkin?” April asked the group as the tank came into view.

“All of us!” Mikey answered with a grin.

“Me obviously.” Leo said, grinning happily as he rested his chin in the middle of his thumb and finger, his finger pointed out.

“Leo obviously.” Casey Jr said, making the same move as Leo as Leo began to stutter. He giggled and waved his hand back and forth like a no, “Not really. I think I’m going to… maybe make my mask.”

“Ooh neat!” Raph nodded as he patted Casey Jr.’s leg. “I think I’m going to make Lace Face, or something simple like a smiley face!”

“I… uh.” Leo said, tapping his fingers together, “I’m actually gonna make Red Panda I think… or if that’s too hard I’ll make Atomic Lass’s symbol.”

“That’s a good idea.” Donnie said, nodding slightly as he turned to Leo and grinned, “I’m going to make Shelldon, gotta get the design ready for a rebuild anyway.”

“I will…” Casey said, thinking for a moment, “Be making a mask as well! Perhaps… or a spooky face! To scare the children who live around my apartment!” She grinned and nodded excitedly to herself before turning to April. “And you?”

“I think… I’m going to make the hamato clan symbol.” She said, smiling slightly, “I like the way it looks.”

“Ooh!” Mikey said, running up to stand beside them. “Can I help?”

April nodded and giggled as Leo ran and almost tripped as he moved around them to Donnie’s side, “Me too me too I know what it looks like!”

The pair made their way to the tank, where thankfully Splinter and Draxum were waiting, both munching on some treats as the group approached.

“Did you have a good day?” Splinter asked with a grin.

“Yea.” Raph said as the group piled into the tank. “I think we did.”
