Summary
Jisung is falling.
It’s the only thing Minho remembers from that night. The only thing he recalls living to witness. The only thing he knows he saw: Jisung’s fall.
He doesn’t know if Jisung actually fell. He knows that he had powerlessly seen him slip on the rain Chan had insisted not to perform under. He knows he was leaning too far back above nothingness; feet too close to the edge to recover. He knows their eyes had met, and that his hand had been outstretched toward his. Their fingers had almost touched. He had been so close. Their hands were only inches apart.
Minho almost caught Jisung.
Except he didn't.
