Summary
“Diluc…” Kaeya starts. And oh, Diluc can’t suppress the shiver that runs down his spine at the sound of his name on Kaeya’s lips. “I think I know what’s happening. Sorry I didn’t mention this before…but I was hoping that I was wrong.”
Diluc’s muscles are getting weaker and he’s unable to stop himself from leaning against Kaeya’s hand gripping his shoulder.
“You know that flower we came across earlier?” Kaeya continues in a low tone. “Its pollen is used in the black market as an," he coughs. “An aphrodisiac.”
Diluc stares up at him in shock, mouth agape. His vision is blurry at the edges but he can still see Kaeya’s sharp blue eyes through the haze. “An…aphrodisiac,” he says in outright horror.

The aftermath of a bloody battle leaves Diluc and Kaeya covered in filth, so they decide to take turns bathing in a stream. Unfortunately for Diluc, they are not told about a certain species of flower that happens to be growing in the cave and he is hit in the face with aphrodisiac pollen. Strictly for the sake of returning to Mondstadt quickly, Kaeya helps out (and definitely doesn't take advantage of the situation).
