Special BROvert Rescue! [Going to Rewrite, eventually...]

Summary:

In the middle of a pretty mundane chaos crisis, TCW Ellie somehow kidnaps SBO Charles, and drags him into a different timeline. SBO Henry does the logical next step, and goes after them.

Of course, there's a bigger threat lurking underneath the surface...

Notes:

Yes, I'm finally making that stupid prequel thing, that I should've written first before making that Toppat Civil War fic, but better late than never I guess?

Which means TCW Ellie is still forever alone, and the touching grass withdraw symptoms have barely effected TCW Henry (for now)

Chapter 1: Prologue

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

The Toppat Cruise Ship is one of, if not, the most majestic division of the clan. It tears through the waves as if they were nothing, and creatures of the sea swim away from it, because of its superior might. Even things against the very laws of nature like worm holes are nothing more than annoying flies towards the ship. Once it sailed with an airship and a train and there was a plan for to sail with a satellite, but thanks to a civil war in the Toppat Clan, it sails alone.

The boat easily relaxes almost all toppats on board, as nothing, not even a war, can stop it. It makes them feel safe in unsafe time. This moment of tranquility is soon interrupted by their red-headed leader angrily shouting, “YOU IDIOTS!”

On deck, there is a small meeting between three toppats. One, is the leader, Ellie. She wears a pretty dress with flowers all over it, some dirty white shoes, and a signature pink top hat with purple flowers imbedded into it. The small patches of gray on her top hat suggest that she made the decorations herself. She also has a scar running on the side of her check. Normally, she wears lipstick, but right now she has forgotten to apply some on today.

The second one is Sven, the second highest ranking toppat. He has an unhealthy obsession with Sweden, as his hat, shoes and suit are the correct shade of blue as the Swedish flag, while his pants and hair were the correct shade of yellow as well. His left arm has been replaced with a metal one.

The last one is Burt, head of communications. He wears beat-up orange headphones imbedded into his toppat, his color scheme is most gray, with the hint of dark orange. He wears a mismatch pair of shoes, one being blue and the other being green.

Ellie is currently mad at them for a very good reason. Her enemy and the leader of the opposing side of the civil war, Henry, managed to sneak aboard the ship last night, and spray paint a mocking picture of her, and no one caught him. He then left, and she knows it was him because he made plenty of rude gestures towards the cameras while there. Unfortunately, the other two toppats seem to disagree.

“I think you are overreacting a little bit on this one,” Burt says.

“NO! You guys don’t get it! It’s not about him drawing this… ABOMINATION!” Ellie shouts.

“Really? I thought it looks exactly like you,” Burt says.

“…I. AM. NOT. FAT! And do you see the angry look on it’s face? It lacks a soul!”

            “You have one?” Sven says.

“Shush. It’s alright. You’re beautiful on the in- to your mother… maybe,” Burt says.

Ellie’s face turns red, as she tries resisting the urge to scream at the both of them. She then continues, “…Moving on, the reason I’m so upset by this, is because he wanted to attack us, we wouldn’t be ready for it, because someone didn’t assign anyone to watch over the night shift!”

“Hey! That’s when Freddy Fazbear and his friends come out! We don’t want them to get stuff into a suit!” Sven says.

            “Good one,”

Ellie’s face gets redder, and she then says, “One moment.” She then walks away from them, and screams at the top of her lungs. She ignores the wormhole that opens right beside her, and walks right back to the two toppats.

“You wouldn’t be so casual about it, if Henry brought his crew with him… especially, Dave,” Ellie says. This gives Ellie a reaction out of the apathetic toppats. Burt grins his teeth and looks away, while Sven grips his metal arm.

“Good, now you’re getting it. *Sigh* Regardless, what’s done is done. This incident has made me realize that Henry lost his fear in us, which might be accurate since we have some very incompetent toppats on board” Burt and Sven open their mouths to interpret, “Don’t you dare say it,” They close their mouths, “The other reason he might think that, is because we haven’t won a battle in a long time, which means we need to one-up him. Do something that’ll really shake him. Maybe blackmail, but I doubt we can get one of his loyalists, or someone he really cares about for it. What else? Maybe-” Ellie then starts monologuing to herself about possibilities to get back at Henry.

“Ugh, this war sucks! We’re either in situations that could get us all killed, while our glorious leader attacks Henry like a rapid animal, or it devolves to petty stuff like this,” Sven complains pointing to the picture.

“Sven, this war was caused because Henry left Ellie behind after she helped him, so she decided to kill him for it. It’s no wonder why this war is like this,” Burt says, and then notices something on the ground.

“I know, but still. Gosh! I miss the old leader so much. If Reginald were here, he’d would’ve made sure we wouldn’t have fallen this hard, and got us out of this mess! Shame, he hated Henry, with admittedly a very good reason, so we can’t follow an actual good leader instead-” Sven then monologues about how his life sucks, and soon both Ellie and Sven are so caught up in their own monologues that they neglect to pay attention to anything else. Lucky, Burt is still pretty much aware of what’s going on.

“Excuse me,” Burt says, and gets no luck.

“Excuse me,” Burt says again, and once again gets no response. He then goes into his pockets, and brings out a gun. He then shoots the railing of the ship, which scares Ellie and Sven. They both go into battle stances, and then see who caused it.

“What the heck, Burt!?” Ellie and Sven both shout at him.

“You know those wormholes the CCC made a PSA about a few days ago? The ones that have been appearing all over our ship?” Burt says ignoring what he just did.

“Um yeah? They said it was a level 1, chaos catastrophe, and to stay away from them while they fix the issue. Why you ask?” Sven says.

“One just open underneath us,” Burt says and points down.

Sure enough, a giant wormhole had miraculously spawned underneath all three of them. It leads to an alley way in some sort of city, and they all stare at it.

            “…”

            “…”

            “…”

“…OH, NOW YOU’RE BEING OBSERVANT! ABOUT TIME!” Ellie shouts. Their cartoon logic soon runs out, and they all fall through it.

They hit the ground hard, and look up with despair as the giant wormhole fades away above them.

“…That’s not good,” Ellie says to herself, as she gets up.

“Thanks captain obvious,” Burt says, as he gets up and then helps Sven get up as well.

Notes:

Don't worry, things are going to get more confusing- I mean more interesting from here on out

Fun Fact! I originally wanted to make this into a comic, but writing is easier lol.
