Work Text:

1.

Ever since they got together, which was not a long time ago contrary to popular belief, Cherry and Joe have been the most married couple he knows. And Reki being the awkward first-born he is (not really but between him ,Miya and Langa he is pretty sure he is their first-born as well.)

Seeing his skate dads being unconsciously affectionate around  them doesn’t feel as gross as he’d originally thought it would make him feel.

He’s currently sitting cross legged on the floor of Cherry’s work space sitting opposite to the man who is in the process of assessing his elaborate report on the field of robotics, for his computer class. He is still silently observing the man in front of him who is intent on reading the report thoroughly although he has helped out quite a bit. It’s unnerving seeing Cherry like this clad in a huge t-shirt and what he assumed were shorts underneath them, hair in a messy bun held by a hair claw. As he is in the middle of getting nervous about the amount of time it's taking the Calligrapher to comment on his report, Joe walks in blowing on a spoon with his hand underneath it so as not to spill.

“Baby, Aah.” Joe says to Cherry who seems to be on auto pilot turns his head and opens his mouth to receive the spoon Joe is holding. Joe feeds him while keeping the other hand underneath Cherry’s chin to avoid spilling on the calligrapher.

Cherry thoughtfully chews before swallowing the spoon full of what seems to be Joe’s new experiment and looks as if he’s about to hand out a score , Joe looks just as serious.

“It’s passable. Impressive for a Gorilla.” Cherry finally remarks before turning his attention back to Reki’s report.

“I’m fluent enough in Kaoru to know that that stands for delicious. You’re not fooling anyone, precious.” Joe retorts with the same energy to which Cherry just snorts, opting to keep his eyes glued to the pages in front of him.

Reiki feels like a 5-year old silently observing his parents' banter. Before Joe turns to him.

“Would you like a plate ,Reki? I just had it taste tested by an expert.” Joe asks him, all cheek.

Still a little dazed from the whole experience, Reki can only nod silently before turning his gaze back to Cherry who is arranging the papers back, apparently finished with the assessment.

“This is pretty impressive, all the points are accurate but you might want to fix the language up a bit more so it doesn’t sound too monotone. But all in all it’s a good report, very well put together. Keep it up.” He compliments as he writes up a few pointers on some sticky notes for his benefit.

Although it’s said in the most monotone and assertive voice possible , it still has Reki preening a little under his praise.

“He doesn’t give them out often to actual people, so Kaoru’s praise always has that effect on us mortals. Look at me for instance. I’m on cloud nine.” Joe dishes out as a consolation, “ I’ll go plate up, you two join me as soon as you finish up, okay?”

“Sure.” Reki answers while Cherry just replies with a noncommittal grunt.

Joe looks at him deviously as Cherry continues with his pointers, ignoring them both when Joe bends and smacks a loud kiss to Cherry’s cheek and is out of the room before Cherry can throw the little wad of sticky notes at his head.

“Dammit Kojiro, not of the kids! We talked about this!” Cherry shouts while sputtering a little still and is now completely red in the face and ears.

When Cherry looks back at him, Reki pretends he had been blind and deaf for that particular moment.

Cherry chooses to not address the situation and says, “Come on, let's go eat. I have a no-brained ape to kick in the crotch later.”

Whether that’s a joke or not , Reki feels sorry for Joe

2.

Langa isn’t sure how he got caught in the crossfire. One moment he was having the time of his life with Reki. The next he’s in a car with two adults who are intent on making someone as unaware of a situation as him feel the ultimate level of discomfort. Reki had to leave early because his sister needed some help and Langa had a beef scheduled that Reki was adamant he had to win and gave him a kiss for a boost. So there was no way Langa would refuse his sweetheart's request. And naturally he had won, gaining him Miya’s reluctant approval, Joe’s excited praise and Cherry’s calculated validation and advice on improving and of course Shadow’s energetic claim for a rematch.

Miya had hitched a ride with Shadow as it was easier and for the fact that he had quickly caught on to the fact that Cherry and Joe were going through something.

So Langa being a little air-head that he was was now caught in the cold-war.

Cherry, fumed silently in the passenger seat. Determined to ignore any coaxing Joe had been trying since arriving at S.

“Okay, this is ridiculous Kaoru. It’s been two days. It must be impossible for a person to not talk that long, especially with the way you complain all the time.” Joe started in hopes of riling Cherry up, Langa assumes. But Cherry was adamant to keeping quiet.

“You know what I’m done. I won’t even try anymore. You’re old enough to figure out your own shit.” Joe declared clearly done with him.

Langa really can’t remember his parents ever fighting like this, either they didn’t have the amount of communication problems these two have or they never did it in front of him.

“Took you long enough.” Cherry said in a voice soft but defiant, “You can let me out here. I’ll skate back and pack up my stuff.”

“What the fuck are you even going on about?”

“Isn’t this just about how you’re finally bored? Couldn’t say I didn’t see it coming.”

The car stops abruptly, jolting Langa and Cherry forward.

“What the hell you feckless Gorilla! As if dumping me isn’t enough, you have to kill me while you’re at it?” Cherry starts spewing and both of them seem to have forgotten that Langa was in the back, who  is a bit confused how it all escalated to this.

“Where on earth did you get that from you idiot four-eyes, all that robot crap make you unable to process normal human language?” Joe gave back as he started the car and shifted it to a safer space they can talk it through.

“Oh don’t act like this is all on me. We both knew you’d get bored of it all sooner or later.”

“Fucking when you massive nerd! I thought you were supposed to be smart. Where did you even get the idea that I would get bored of you when I’ve been around your neck for the past twenty years? We’ve spent almost the whole our lives up to now together and now that we’re in a relationship you get a fucking crazy idea I don’t want this more than anything in the world.” Joe proclaimed, hands inching towards Cherry’s , intertwining their fingers to which Cherry surprisingly didn’t protest. “So please help me understand where you get this absolute out worldly notion that I would ever get bored of your scrawny ass.” Now Kojiro is the one fuming albeit not silently.

“I’m not blind Kojiro , okay? I know there are people out there who absolutely adore you and I wouldn’t put it past them to worship the ground you walk on. Why on earth would ditch something like that and settle for me. Tell me the truth, I can take it.” Cherry says calmly although Langa thinks he can detect a little tremor in his voice, something that feels like an abnormal experience. Sensing it might drag on a little he continues to silently dig inside the pack of gummy bears he’s been ravaging earlier to continue to do so. Hopefully the next one would be a green apple.

Joe lets out a long sigh, the ones that indicate ‘I’m done with this shit.’

“Darling, baby, No don’t turn away - look at me you damn robot-freak–” He begins holding Cherry’s face with one hand. “The truth is I love you endlessly. Period. The reason I stay with you is solely for my benefit. I want to be with you forever no matter what, no matter how much of a ridiculous , intolerable little shit—-OWW! Don’t hit me! So getting back to the point, I want to be with you no matter how much the others seem to adore me, make me feel special because they don’t really know me. They don’t know Kojiro who busted his ass getting where he is today. They know Joe, who they think gets everything easy in life. Only you know me and I assume ,not wrongfully, love me just as much in your own freakish way, just as they don’t know you.”

“But are you sure though? Are you sure it’s me you want to spend your life with?” Cherry asks in a voice so small Langa thinks he imagined it.

“I could ask you the same. Are you sure you can put up with me forever without killing me?”

“No promises.” Cherry finally smiles. “I’m just anxious that you’d want to be with someone who would treasure you better, maybe someone who’s nice even–”

“That’s not true,” Langa intervenes, chewing on the squishy treat and both adults turn to look at him as if suddenly realizing he’s here, “You’re nice too Cherry, scary but nice too. Like a strict parent.” He says, snapping his fingers. “And I don’t think Joe’d ever be more comfortable with anyone but you.”

“You heard the kid. Now will you please stop beating yourself up over your stupid insecurities?” Joe stated stroking Cherry’s cheek gently.

“Thank you, Langa,. Don’t talk while you’re chewing though it’s revolting.” Cherry tells him, smiling softly in a manner that kind of makes him feel a little warm and fuzzy.

Finally turning to Joe he says defiantly, “And if you want me to stop being so insecure, stop letting other people climb you and feel you up and looking so happy while they do it.”

“Wait? Was that what this was about? You being jealous, princess? You know what we’ll fix that with some world class pampering when we get home. The whole nine yards before we finally reach the sh—- Kaoru! Stop with the violence!” He stops when Cherry hits him again which looks like it might hurt someone with a normal physique.

“Stop running your mouth Gorilla, there's a child in the car. I’m sorry Langa, we didn't mean to fight in front of you.” Cherry tries to soothe him.

“It’s okay. Besides, you fight all the time anyway.” Langa states bluntly, still digging his hand in the packet searching for any leftover candy.

Cherry sighs before opening the glove compartment and pulling out what seems to be a candy bar before handing it to him.

“Look at you, apologizing and sharing your treats. Just dishing out those miracles today, huh, Kaoru?” Joe jovially says before starting the car again.

From the corner of his eye Langa notices Cherry lean over and pressing a little kiss to Joe’s jawline and whisper something that sounds suspiciously like an apology. Maybe being caught up in parental fights isn't so bad. At least he got free chocolate out of it.

  1.

When Higa hears the bell above the store bell chime, the people he least expects walk in.

Joe acknowledges him with a nod while Cherry just takes it upon himself to walk around and explore the collection of flowers they have, carefully assessing them before turning towards Joe and asking “Do we really need to take flowers? It's just my parents.”

“No, no that’s where you’re wrong, they aren’t just your parents now. I am dating their son. Being a friend is one thing but I need their approval now that we’re attached.” Joe sounded livid  at the fact that Cherry was not thinking about it from his point of view.

“Or what, we break up? They forbid me from seeing you and lock me up in my old room? Or will they throw you out and arrange my marriage to a man they deem capable of their son?” The smirk playing on Cherry’s lips certainly indicated he was thoroughly enjoying Joe turmoil over meeting Cherry’s parents as The Boyfriend.  “I know this is a hard concept for your primitive brain to grasp but we’re living in the 21st century now.”

“You won’t get it ok? My parents love you, my sisters adore the menace that you are for reasons I cannot even begin to unfold. But your parents and I know I shouldn’t say this about my future in-laws were  a little heedful from the beginning  about me always hanging around you especially after the piercings” Joe continues to rue.

His ears perked up at the mention of piercings, “Wait You used to have piercings, Joe? Did they close up?” He asks, putting aside the paperwork of yesterday’s sales.

Joe lets out a hearty laugh as if it were the joke of the century Cherry huffs and bumps him with his hip which might be described as unbecoming for the esteemed Sakurayashiki-sensei.

“Oh, that was good. No. Contrary to popular belief I was not the one who had a punk phase. My uncooked spaghetti noodle of a partner was the one with piercings and eyeliner done up perfect everyday. He used to look like he belonged in a vampire-themed punk band. Always an absolute beauty though. You wanna see pictures?” He offered already pulling his phone out.

“Kojiro, if you know what’s good for you, you will put that phone away before I shove it up where the sun doesn't shine.” Cherry stated in a voice so cold and manner so calm, Higa felt like he needed to get back inside his mother’s womb to seek protection.

“I know he can scare the ever-living shit out of people but that just makes it so much hotter when I get to be in charge.” Kojiro whispered conspiratorially, forearm perched on the counter and whole body leaning against it.

The thought had him blushing profusely because who was he kidding– Cherry was a bomb.

His blood still ran cold though when he saw him eyeing them side-ways. “Dude, come on on” He whisper-yells to Joe who settles for just shrugging his shoulders and looking towards his partner who is still examining the selection of flowers they have.

“Higa-san, I’m sure you’ve made bouquets for such occasions before?” Cherry inquires opting to ignore

“Believe it or not, it is a pretty common request, Sensei.” He replies remembering the amount of time he slaved over to create a tasteful flower arrangement which satisfies the customers. The success rate is pretty high too.

“Great, that’s settled then. We’ll need an arrangement and we need it to be delivered at this address at noon on Tuesday. Can we pay after the delivery?”

Hiromi just nods like an obedient child because he's still a little scared of angering the man.

So, Tuesday exactly at noon, Hiromi finds himself in front of a traditional looking home carrying a tastefully decorated arrangement of sun-flowers, yellow roses and a few baby's-breaths.

The door opened to reveal Joe wearing a black shirt that didn't look like it would give up half-way through lunch and beige slacks which fit perfectly.

" Hey bud," Joe greeted him cheerfully even though his nervous energy was showing, " Wanna come in for a few, Kaoru's still getting ready and I made cookies.

Surely enough there were a few jars of different cookies on the kitchen counter where Joe had led him.

"Stress baking." Joe explained after he had looked at Joe in confusion.

"He wanted to make brownies but he would've probably died from not being able to make the brownie-points joke." Cherry's voice drifted from behind him.

Joe's day-dream expression had him turning to face Cherry who indeed looked mesmerizing clad in a black Kimono embroidered with white lilies intricately and a beige obi pulling the whole look together. His hair was done up paired with the tiniest bit of make-up and signature winged liner. And of course Carla bracelet shining on his wrist. He truly looked like a force to be reckoned.

He was still holding one of the cookies from the plate Joe had offered him when Joe crossed the room immediately taking Cherry in his arms.

"Now I'm nervous how I'll stop myself from thinking about ravishing you in front of your parents. Why'd you have to be so beautiful damn megane." Joe said, nuzzling Cherry's cheek and making the other man laugh softly.

"Stop being so nervous. They'll adore you after  they see how much I've chubbed up since the last time they saw me." He assured Joe holding his face with a hand while gently running his thumb up his jawline. As if suddenly noticing Higa's presence Cherry gives Joe a little shove to create some space between them.

“Thank you for the bouquet Higa-san, Carla has transferred the payment and please feel free to take some cookies. I doubt the two of us need so many.”

“Yeah it’s not like you’ve polished off the first two batches of the fudge cookies or anything….” Joe sarcastically quips, fixing his collar.

Cherry promptly elbows him for it, pulling out a container, packing him a generous amount of cookies.

“Thank you for the quick delivery. I think it's time we head out. “

Hiromi followed the couple out thinking how people had ever thought that these  two hate each other.

4.

Miya may have been feeling a little too crazy when he asked Cherry and Joe if he could stay with them till his parents were back, it’s not like he hadn’t before. Hell, he even could have stayed at the dorm as well. But this once he didn’t have to be lonely.

It was nice even if he’d never say it out loud, Cherry and Joe were always aware of each other even when they weren’t in close proximity, it was a chaotic breath of fresh air compared to the proper front his parents held in front of him.

The two of them would always coerce him into whatever they were doing too sometimes. It was scary how domestic it felt.

He’d sit with Cherry at the counter to do his homework while Cherry worked on Carla’s updates. He’d show Miya the new features he could install while he played around with coding. Joe would cook dinner at close proximity and throw out comments calling them little nerds. For that occasion, Cherry would keep something close at hand so that he could chuck them at Joe’s head. Laughter erupted through the kitchen every time he landed it, he’d laugh so hard his sides would hurt. After dinner he and Cherry would wash and dry  the dishes together which gave Joe time to shower and prepare for bed. It was nice; he wanted to do this almost everyday.

The weird thing about Cherry and Joe was that they weren’t gross like the couples in the movies or those two dweebs he considers brothers , kind of. Aren’t people who got together after a long time supposed to be disgusting and sucking faces every once in a while? Sure, they were affectionate in the most subtle way possible at S but here in their home? Was Miya in their way?

Turned out that wasn’t the case.

Those two had their own brand of grossness which was making disturbing noises when one of them massaged the other’s feet. And the cuddling, don’t even get him started on the cuddling.

When either of them looked a little glum they’d just burrow themselves quietly into the other and not say anything at all. And they sometimes even had the audacity to invite him. He was a grown child and they didn’t need to treat him like a toddler wanting to join his parents cuddle session. But he has to admit the cuddling did work as a charm for mood lifting.

But here's the catch sometimes they just forgot there were other people in their space which might have offended him in the past but being friends with the slimes made him accustomed to the fact that it's a common tick for couples plus it's fun to see Cherry get all flustered after he realizes there is someone else beside them.

He’s sitting on the floor of the living room, Joe’s playing on his phone sitting on the couch. Suddenly Cherry plops down on the floor, right between Joe’s legs and tosses the phone from Joe’s hand on the couch within his reach  of course and hands him a comb followed by a small bottle. Joe simply shakes his head in exasperation before uncapping the bottle and pouring a small amount of oil on his palm. The smell is oddly calming, something that faintly brings back a long forgotten memory.

Joe rubs the thing on Cherry’s scalp and the dark cloud he had been carrying over him disintegrated almost instantly as he visibly relaxed. Miya had never seen Cherry like that.

“Are you ready to talk about what’s got you in such a mood? You didn’t even thank Carla for the notifications.” Joe softly spoke as he began oiling Cherry’s hair.

“Fucking Geezers flirting with me while commissioning a work for their wife. I mean, the sheer audacity of those scumbags. I would have thrown them out if it wasn’t such an expensive piece.

I’m getting myself a vacation out of that fossil’s pockets.” He briefly smiles up at Joe who reciprocates in turn.

Joe finishes putting Cherry’s hair in a plait before bending down and wrapping his arms around Cherry’s shoulder and rocks slowly, something akin to what he’s seen adults do to soothe babies.

“If it makes you feel any better, I had a Chad come up to me explaining how his exercise routine is more effective than mine.”

Cherry full out laughs for a few seconds before it boils down to chuckle they share. The kiss is where Miya pulls the brakes.

“Okay, you two stop with  the barf show. Eww, you guys are worse than the slimes.” He says while fake gagging while the two of them look surprised to see him in their vicinity.

“Anyway, my parents are home so I’m leaving.” Miya stated, making a show of gathering his things strewn across the table.

“They’ve been home since Tuesday, you might as well stay tonight.”

“Yeah but you’re being gross.” Miya retorts before realizing what he admitted.

He looks up from his workplace only to see both of his surrogate parents smiling smugly still hugging. Ugh gross.

“They texted us the moment they landed, we told them Miya can stay a few days if they need time to settle their jet lag. They were a little hesitant though ‘cause they haven’t seen you in so long but we managed to convince them.” Joe elaborates. “Why don’t we catch a movie? I’ll make caramel popcorn.” Joe offers as he gets up to do so.

“You know, sometimes parents can be real jerks but it doesn’t mean that they don’t care about you. Some just don’t know how to handle certain situations, especially those with only one kid.And you should be a little more open with your emotions. Or you’ll end up like me.”

Cherry tells him, browsing netflix looking for an enjoyable movie.

“What? With three strays and a clown babysitter?” Miya jokes making Cherry chuckle.

“Yeah, with a Gorilla chef for a husband.” He adds to which Miya starts giggling.

“I can hear you, you know.” Joe call out from the kitchen.

“Good to know your hearing still works despite your old age.” Miya shouts back hi-fiving Cherry.

Despite whatever feeling he might have about his parents, these two were his best pair. Not that he will admit it though.

5.

Oka Shokichi has known Kaoru Sakurayashiki for a long time, he’d gone to school with them, a kouhai watching his upperclassmen get into all sorts of trouble. He’d gotten to know him better during his Carla board building period. When he’d have Shokichi order the essential parts using his connections.

He’s seen him work harder than ever and transition into a calm adult rather than the spitfire he used to see running about at S. Well, he technically still is a spitfire but that’s just when Joe is around.

Shokichi had known Joe during his highschool days as well. Always getting confessions by the bulk and getting into trouble instigated by Sakurayashiki-san.

He knew Joe who flaunted his physique, peacocking himself for the appreciation of his fans. Although he had a hidden suspicion it might have been just a cry for attention from someone else.

Turns out he was right. After Langa's triumphant beef, the two finally got their shit together but nothing really changed except for Joe regularly showing up with a scratched back and everyone speculating if he has a girlfriend. They’ve kept it under wraps but he knows because of the two menaces working in his store who cannot keep a secret to save their lives.

But he wouldn't have believed that they were so comfortable together if he hadn’t seen it himself.

Reiki and Langa were out doing a delivery together because the Lord knows those two can’t function properly without each other now when the implausible pair walked in, arguing about something albeit quietly.

“Hey, guys, something I can help you with today?” Shokichi asked even though he didn’t feel like getting up from his seat where Sketchy was sleeping on his lap.

“No, we’ll look around if that’s fine, Oka-san.” Kaoru said , smiling a little for old time’s sake which he returned. Joe meanwhile was busy looking at the wheels he’d put on display earlier.

“Hey Kaoru, check these out….” Joe called out to his partner.

He let the both of them carry out their evaluation of the trinkets.

The peace didn’t last long, the both of them started bickering about something regarding the wheels.

“Ph, come on, they’re so cool. Why shouldn’t I get them?” He could hear Joe’s insistent whining reverberating through his shop. “I don’t want to be a boring nerd like you, four-eyes.”

Uh Oh.

The whole atmosphere had gone quiet and Joe only seemed to register what he had just said. His eyes went comically wide when he saw the look on Kaoru’s face.

Kaoru snatched a set of wheels off of the wall and walked towards him , clearly in a mood not to be disturbed.

“Shokichi-san, can you show me something like this but I need them fitted for Carla.” He’d barely finished his sentence when Joe showed up behind him.

“I’ll check in the back. Could you–?” He gestured to Sketchy who was sleeping peacefully before transferring him to Kaoru’s arm.

Although he gave them some space he was still within hearing distance because the interspace between the reception and storage was just too little.

“Kaoru, look I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have said that.” He could hear the strong plea in Joe’s voice.

“So, Why did you?”

“What?”

“Why did you say it if you don’t think so? It’s not the first time you’ve called me boring. Not The first person to say so either.”

“I-um, oh come on Kaoru, we say stuff we don’t mean all the time. And you have to admit those wheels look so bland— I mean who’d even use those?” Joe continues to try and appease Kaoru seemingly but he’s sure it would all fall to deaf ears.

Thinking it would take them a little longer, Shokichi looks for simillar models Kaoru may approve of.

“Someone who wants to be safe.” He hears Kaoru’s reply while rummaging through the packaging.

“I’ve looked them up, they’re the safest to use for all the ridiculous stunts you pull. I’m sorry you think me caring for you for a change is boring but sometimes I can manage to ummph…” Kaoru’s speech stops midway; he has an idea what the reason might be.

Even after he comes out carrying a few sets of wheels, they’re both still absorbed in each other, Sketchy cradled between them.

Joe has Kaoru wrapped in one arm, the other holding his face and pressing their foreheads together.

“I’m sorry, baby. In all honesty you're the least boring person around. At least to me. And I’m sorry for not noticing how worried you were after the last fall I took.” Joe

“Make me a big Tiramisu and we’ll call it  even.” Kaoru concludes, going as far as placing a small peck on Joe’s lips.

When he finally notices his presence however, he slightly elbows Joe till they’re further apart while still not detaching the hand Joe has on his waist.

Kaoru Slowly hands over Sketchy back to him, trading him for the wheels.

After another round of close inspection, the couple leave with a few sets  including the ‘boring’ ones.

However, before they can exit, Shokichi calls out to Kaoru.

“I’m glad you’re happy now.” He genuinely says before getting back to work.

In response he gets a grateful smile from Kaoru and a confused look from Joe.

+1

Kaoru was fucking nervous.

This was nerve-wracking. A thousand  different scenario depicting how today  could go wrong was weaving a tight knit web in his head and the only person stupid enough to comfort him wasn’t even allowed to see him.

This was ridiculous, why did they have to adhere to transition when they were in no form a traditional couple.

Kaoru was pissed, especially at the gaggle of children- well not children anymore, his brain reminded, had been pestering him the whole time he’d been getting ready.

They took their time hounding Kojiro as well, he guesses by the frantic back and forth they were all doing.

He can’t believe Reki was the calmest one out of the ordeal, Hiromi had taken it upon himself to sit on the side of the couch of his ornate dressing room to cry about how beautiful the ceremony has turned out to be.

When he’s ready, they inform him that Kojiro is waiting for him on the other side, dressed appropriately. Miya even put emphasis on the appropriate.

He even manages to slide himself against his side and whisper a small,“I’m happy for you, Mama. Papa too.” which only elicits a grin from him. Indeed they were happy.

When he sees Kojiro at the end of the aisle his anxiety starts to dwindle out. He really doesn’t remember now who’s idea it was to have a western-traditional crossover wedding but the idea seemed to have worked out perfectly for them. Especially since it’s being held outdoors under the shade of enormous cherry blossom trees.

Kojiro smiles widely at him once he reaches the end to join him.

“Hey, what’s going in that nogging ‘ of yours? He asks as a way of greeting although he can sense a slight tinge of concern.

“Besides hesitating about the fact that I’m marrying a Gorilla hybrid, I’m good. Thanks for asking.” He replies with a smirk.

When he sees a vein pop in Kojiro’s forehead. He knows that both of them will be okay. If not better.

Kojiro’s face breaks into a full smile which he returns, his luxury Kimono swishes with the slightest of movement as he puts out his hand for Kojiro.

The idiots yanks it hard pulling him into himself ,one arm wrapping around his waist before brushing their noses together and softly whispers "I adore you, shitty Four-eyes."

They’re aware of the dozens of close friends and family watching them, the fact which once would have made him push Kojiro away now only puts him at ease.

After all, what are they doing here today if not proclaiming their love for each other?

Long time no see, folks. I've been very lazy for the last 2 months. So here is a little fic I've been working on. Got a few in the works . so stay tuned!
