Summary
Mickey had watched the human move into the house with distaste, floating about after him and watching everything. It wasn’t easy seeing the house that you had grown up in and had indeed died in be remodelled and sold to new people - left completely unrecognisable. Though it made a change from having to look at his own corpse, of course.
That was until Ian Gallagher moved in. It took until the man started to get mail addressed to him for Mickey to even find out his name since he lived alone. Mickey had never had just one person living in the house before, and he had thought that maybe it would be less frustrating, but that was hardly the case. Quite the opposite, in fact. His mere presence made him tense and irate.
