Malleus is trying to catch up with the floating toddler. He's one of the top five wizards in the world and the one being that is defeating him can't even read yet.
"Can't get me! Can't get me!," Yuu cried.
The dragon fae scolded himself. "I just had to get attached! I just had to offer to babysit, didn't I?"
Earlier, Malleus visited Dire, who seemed exhausted, and offered to babysit the two year old.
Lilia came from the ceiling and grabbed Yuu. "Such a naughty child."
"Thank you, Lilia," Malleus said.
Yuu looked around. "Siber?"
Lilia patted the child's head. "Silver is in pre-school, little one."
"Pe-cool?"
The older fae snickered at the child's gibberish way of talking. The kid's stomach growled.
"Would Yuu like to eat?," Lilia asked. "I can whip something quickly."
Malleus immediately spoke up," we have cooks in the castle, remember?"
"I want petah-pateh and jelly!"
The dragon fae inwardly sighed in relief. There's no way Lilia could mess that up.

He was wrong.
Yuu took a bite of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich and proceeded to spit it out.
"I used my homemade jelly," Lilia said. "Is he too used to store bought jelly?"
"Yucky!," Yuu shouted.
Malleus covered his mouth with a hand to hide his smile.
Lilia looked saddened. "Guess he prefers store bought jelly."
"To be honest I didn't know what peanut butter and jelly even was until a servant told me," Malleus said.
He later made a sandwich with store bought items. Yuu ate it happily.

It was nap time. Yuu FINALLY went to sleep after a parade of shouting," I hate nap! Don't wanna!"
Malleus is one of the most powerful mages in the world and the one being that is causing him to be tired can't even write yet. He laid down on the couch in the nursery lounge.
"Honestly, Malleus why did you insist on doing everything by yourself?," Lilia whispered. "It's not a crime to ask for help."
Malleus answered," I just didn't realize he'd be so difficult."
"Pfft, and you weren't?"
"What was I like at that age frame?"
Lilia smiled. "A cry baby. You couldn't understand certain things like rules, emotions, and schedules. Whenever you threw a tantrum your screaming would break every glass window in the castle."
Malleus could only imagine the terror he was at that age.
Lilia started humming and in a matter of seconds Malleus was snoring lightly.
"Works every time."

"Catch him!"
"How is he so fast?!"
Malleus woke up to his servants chasing a giggling Yuu around the halls.
"Yuu?!," Malleus called out.
The child ran to Malleus giggling happily.

They were outside at the play area build for Yuu. Malleus smiled at the child happily made sand castles in the little sandbox area. He looked down at the book he brought for a few seconds only to hear a high pitched scream.
Looking up his jaw dropped. Yuu was running towards a yak! It must've escaped its farm.
"Yuu no!"
Too late. Yuu grabbed the poor creature by the horns and began spinning it around.
This is like a eighth time he's seen Yuu do something like this. First time was a deer that wandered too close to the castle.
Damn, that kid is strong.
