You know this is a foolish idea, but you have always been a foolish girl. No good can come out of this, it is irresponsible and most likely a little unethical. However, he makes you laugh and you can’t help but feel comfortable in his presence, a sense of safety you had never felt in your life before.
You first met him when he crashed into your life. Literally. He had tumbled through your fire escape, while you stood in the tiny hallway that led to your bedroom. He swore viciously as he got tangled up in your curtains that you had hung to give more privacy than those cheap flimsy ones your landlord called shades.
You couldn’t help but laugh at the infamous Red Hood tangled up in your blackout curtains.
