Chapter Text
Scar was just awake enough to pout when Grian returned to the bedroom with a stand up tray of breakfast foods.
So many breakfast foods.
"Put it on the dresser."
"It'll go cold." Grian argued.
Scar sat up and pulled the duvet aside - message clear, get back in bed. Grian obliged, hesitantly, and was promptly pulled into Scar’s lap.
“G…” Scar reached for the words, “Tell me what’s wrong.”
Grian twisted his ring. ‘Nothing’ or ‘I’m fine’ could have been answers … Except… “I don’t know. I didn’t think anything?”
Scar hummed, and ran his fingers through the feathers of Grian’s third wings. Grian finally melted into him. “I’m going to miss seeing all your wings... I wish I could take all the bad feelings away.”
Grian slow blinked.
“I think hermitcraft is scaring you. Nothing is changing, G. If it’s not good for you, we can both leave. Try for me though, I think we’ll be happy there.” Scar pushed Grian’s hair out of his face and then kissed him.
