Summary
The story takes place as an aftermath of Kou fighting No.6. While in the battle instead of Kou eliminating him as the manga states, No.6 felt pity and in return before he died used the last of his powers to attempt to turn the supernaturals human since that's what Kou had stated he wanted. With the lack of powers No.6 caused a shock wave and instead of fully human, the supernaturals became mindless zombies.
The only ones not affected were the seven wonders, though some were caught under the influence as if they had made a deal with Tsukasa they would be half affected
