Summary
Little is known about the Watchers—most would call them a shadowy group operating on the edges of known government subsidies. Grian's certainly never had cause to think about them. As one of his city's most famous heroes, he has several of his own problems to deal with: his own villains, really, who have a bad habit of popping back up at the worst times imaginable.
Except that the Watchers have plans for Grian—plans that he himself is not privy to. It's possible those villains will come in useful after all, then.
