Summary
Just before Imahara’s battery could replenish her shields, the all too familiar skittering of metal jut into the room beside her. Eyeing him pass her position tucked behind the door, Revenant stopped just after it in interest, intoning a malicious grin from his crouch. With a grimace, Valkyrie dropped the batt and raised her Prowler up to the sim’s head. He lurched aside, shoving her aim off kilter.
“I know you’re here, birdie.” Whipping around to face her directly, glowing pupils sank into her. Just as she anticipated his raising the R-301 he had in hand, he jerked away. “You’re just gonna love this--” Before another moment could pass, he stepped away from the pilot’s hiding spot, backing into the middle of the room. He scoffed just as the set of doors at the opposite end of the structure flung open.
“--Don’t you dare wander away from me while I’m speaking to you, demonio!” Loba’s agitated voice preceded the sound of her heels as she entered the room.
