   An autistic client brings out a new side of Sherlock and helps John learn a lot of things about his former flatmate.
   Everything takes a turn for the worse when they discover that there is something un-fixably wrong with Rosie, and Sherlock finds out the hard way that you can’t escape your demons by running away from them.

   This part is pretty heavily focused on autism and issues with incontinence and chronic pain (interstitial cystitis), so if those topics make you uncomfortable, or just don’t interest you, please feel free to skip this one. Furthermore: it mentions sexual abuse (both adult and on a minor) quite a bit, and the after-effects on the victim, because Sherlock gets almost taken advantage of (multiple times).
