Questioning everything in the aftermath of Bakugo’s kidnapping, Aizawa begins to wonder whether or not being a teacher had ever helped him protect the people around him, or if all his efforts had been in vain. And so as Summer vacation comes to an end, perhaps only by returning to the person he used to be before everything went wrong all those years ago—through taking on another job from the Hero Public Safety Commission—will he finally be able to make a change and move on. But when glimpses of a life that could’ve been become jarring realities, and skeletons in the Commission’s closet start begging to be let out, it’s only a matter of time before Aizawa will have to face them.
