Sonny was tired. The game against Manchester was exhausting and stressful. Sonny was hungry, tired and stressed. He just wanted to go home to his bed. When the team was in the locker room changing, Sonny just sat there and made no move to change. Harry noticed, of course, and put a hand on his shoulder. "Sonny do you need help changing?" he asked and Sonny nodded. Dele also noticed Sonny's calm aura and looked at him
Harry helped Sonny change and Dele then put Sonny's street shoes on. It wasn't the first time Sonny needed this kind of attention. Sometimes Sonny wasn't 30 in his head but more 3. Dele took Sonny's hand so they could get to the team bus. Many fans were already at home so there wasn't much going on outside. Sonny looked around tiredly, they would now go back to London.
Dele saw it next to Sonny on the bus. Sonny leaned against Dele and slept. While Sonny slept, he held onto a small stuffed animal, which he always takes with him when he travels. The journey takes over 4 hours.
Sonny slept the first two hours, the other two he was awake and babbled to Dele. Dele smiles softly and strokes his head. He didn't understand a word of what Sonny was saying as he babbled a mixture of Korean and German. Dele searched in sonny's bag and found a sippy cup with juice there, which he gave to sonny for sonny to drink. He did that too and then tried to put his thumb in his mouth. "No not your thumb Sonny. Take your pacifier" Dele said softly and held Sonny's hand tight. Sonny did the same and took his pacifier on which he then sucked around. Harry gave Sonny his tray which he had with him so Sonny could watch children's series.
After all the exertion, Sonny needed some rest and the rest of the team helped as best they could.
