   “You need a heart transplantation or you won't pass the year.”
   Pran felt like his world was crumbling. He was holding Pat's hand and the tears started to fill his eyes. It was a nightmare. He will soon wake up by his alarm to find Pat in his arms, healthy and with a strong heart, away from this cursed hospital room. He will wake up and forget this atrocious feeling breaking his soul.
   Pran waited but the alarm never rang. This nightmare was now his reality. Pat needs a new heart or he will die soon. How can he live in a universe where Pat is gone ? He can't. It's impossible. He has to do something.
