Summary
In a world that is ripping apart at the seams and where death is not as permanent as it once was, a ragtag group of survivors makes their way across the dark and barren wastelands of the earth, and towards the coast with the hope of safe haven across the waters.
Among the survivors is a man holding on to four children and a beaten up diary, who seems to be looking for something other than the sea.
