Evan couldn't stop staring. He ignored his friends' gasps and murmurs because he was too busy staring at the screen.
“I can't believe it,” Barty Crouch Jr muttered from where he sat in the lotus position on a comfortable chair.
He did seem to be in disbelief which was not an uncommon expression in their dorms right at the moment.
Today was a day off; nobody was streaming. Or at least nobody was supposed to be streaming but then, famous faceless dancer (and Youtuber) Hadrian_inWonderland made an announcement on Twitter about a new video that was going to be published at 8 pm with a Reveal (yes, with a cap) and everyone got curious.
Hadrian was a dancer and a damn good one at that. He was part of a trio of dancers called Hidden Citizen (on youtube & other social media). Evan first discovered them thanks to Barty and Antonin who were both fans of the trio.
Those two were his closest friends, along with the other members of Dark Phoenix. Dark Phoenix was the name Harry (Tom's cute little brother in all but blood) had chosen for them when it became obvious that they would do a lot of gaming collab with each other (seeing as they were popular on social media and were sharing a dorm, it made sense that they would collaborate on some video in the future... and they did). They were all gamers (except for McNair who first started as a makeup artist Youtuber) and they all more or less got along together although they all deferred to Tom.
So nobody was supposed to be streaming up until that announcement. Since announcements were rare to begin with when it comes to Hadrix (a nickname the other two members of the trio who were most definitely twins used) they decided to stream their reaction to the video because it was sure to be something.
But now here they were all (minus Tom who was in the Library), shock written on their face and Evan was dimly aware of how fast their chat was commenting on the thing. Not surprising, either because nobody expected the three members of Hidden Citizen to reveal their faces in this video or because they recognized Hadrian as Tom's younger brother. It was hard to say and honestly, Evan was too numb to really care about that.
Nobody expected them to reveal their identity and not without a clear warning.
And reveal his identity, he did. In fact, the three members revealed their faces to the public in a shockingly sensual performance of Unholy with matching sexy outfits (well not sexy but they did look hot in those)
Fuck, he thought, that's Tom's darling brother. Harry.
“Oh god,” he moaned out loud.
Antonin snickered and clapped him on the shoulder.
“All this time, you've been thirsting after Tom's baby brother.”
“I mean, I already thought that Harry was pretty, before,” Barty muttered.
Evan gave Antonin a horrified look.
“Did Tom know?”
“About Harry being Hadrian_inWonderland from Hidden Citizen? No, I don't think so. I dare say he would have murdered you a long time ago if he did.”
“But he should have found out at the same time as us,” Val Mulciber chirped. “I'd start running if I were you.”
“Running will only make it worse,” Jugson argued.
Evan groaned as he stood up. He was going to die!
Oh, God, he was going to die.
Tom has always been awfully protective of his brother even before Evan met him.
Whelp, if he was going to die, he wanted people to know who to blame so he took out his phone from jean's pocket and opened a familiar app.

Barely a few minutes later, there were already a few hundred comments under his tweet but a notification caught his attention. Eyes widening, he typed on his keyboard to reply to it.

Evan turned his face to glare at his friend. Antonin just raised an eyebrow in return and Evan huffed, reporting his attention to the screen of his phone, hastily typing a reply.

Oh. Wait... that was true! Evan was the only one Hadrian (Harry) had ever flirted back with. Which in turn pushed fans to ship them and made some think that they were a thing. If only.
Oh no, he was actually going to die.
Just then, a notification lit up his screen and when he pressed it, his eyes landed on Harry's latest tweet.

Since when was Harry so confident? Was he just joking or was he serious?
If that was the case... If Harry was serious, Tom was going to kill him – a slow, agonizing death.
Barty nudged him in the ribs, causing him to groan in pain.
“What are you waiting for?”
Swallowing and knowing that Tom would kill him if he dare to answer “yes”, Evan sent his reply.

The front door of their dorms opened with an ominous crack and everyone tensed. Footsteps echoed in the dark corridor and a velvety voice reverberated before anyone even saw their leader.
