Summary
Sometimes, Dream would get stuck on a coding problem and need George’s help, and he wasn’t the type to wait. Other times, Dream would wake from a nightmare and need someone to talk to. Sometimes Dream’s anxiety got so bad it kept him from sleep, and sometimes George was the only one who could calm him down. Sometimes, Dream was just lonely, or bored, and wanted something to do. Whatever it was, George would never leave him alone when he needed him. For that reason, Dream was the one and only person whose calls bypassed George’s Do Not Disturb settings.
It wasn’t like Dream was a bother. He didn’t call very often. They usually preferred to text or voice chat while they were both awake, and their sleep schedules frequently synced up, anyway. It was only occasionally, once every blue moon, that George would be woken by his phone ringing. And he always answered.
