   Summary

   Steve Harrington was a haunted man. He was haunted by the mistakes he'd made, by the sheer weight of all the potential he'd tossed in the trash.

   But mostly, he was haunted by a ghost. The ghost of a boy named Eddie Munson.

   Canon Divergent AU. After a visit to a pawn shop, Steve brings home a pretty cool-looking guitar—and with it, a very pissed-off ghost. It turns out Eddie Munson has been missing for months, and for some reason, Steve is the only person who can see him. As he tries to help figure out what's happening to Eddie and how to help him, he discovers the darkness that's been surrounding Hawkins for years. It's time to confront the monsters, save Eddie... and maybe confront a few things about himself, along the way.
