After eleven years and a series of failures, Yu moves back to Inaba. Not only does he return, but the serial killer that haunted Inaba over a decade ago seems to have as well.
When things take a turn for the worst, Yu is taken back to the root of all of these troubles: his second year of high school in 2011 Inaba.
Living as a teenager on a second chance, he needs to get things right once or for all, or watch Inaba, himself, and those surrounding the case fall deeper into misery as the truth becomes shrouded in mystery forever.
