Familial Chaos

Summary:

"What are you doing?" Endeavor asked, eyes narrowed as he stared at the two boys in front of him.

Izuku and Shouto looked back and forth between Endeavor and themselves.

"Absolutely nothing," Shouto said inconspicuously, pushing the bucket of gasoline they had been in the process of using behind the door.

"Right..."

Or: More shenanigans ensue, and the plan that they all devised is being put into action.

Chapter Text

A cacophony of screams filled the air. Tomura couldn’t help the bouts of laughter that assaulted him from the pure excitement he was feeling. Watching as his friends burned down a child trafficking ring was nothing short of therapeutic.

Of course, the whole child trafficking thing was fucked up, which was why they were doing this in the first place. Before they all met the Midoriya’s, none of them would’ve ever imagined pulling off a stunt like this, regardless of whether or not they felt disgust towards those complacent in these activities (which was ironic since they did try to kill the UA students on multiple occasions. But moving on-). Now it just felt more natural to do what they believed in.

After the talk with In- Auntie Inko, Tomura had quickly come up with some ideas that were sure to bring some joy to not only him, but to the rest of the League as well. Of course, a lot of the ideas were inspired by some of the things his aunt and cousin had pointed out to him about society, but he digresses.

Watching Dabi light the building sky high with his blue flames was nothing short of cathartic, and Tomura knew if he had the choice, he would just stand there and watch it all day. Alas, the heroes would be arriving soon, and they still had trash to take care of and children to escort to safety. It was definitely more challenging than he’d initially thought it would be, but the League persevered and conquered any hardship in their way.

“Shiggy-” Tomura turned his gaze towards the left where the obnoxious nickname Toga had granted him was being called. “-all of the kids are officially outside and safe! Oh, and the police are on their way, too.”

Tomura pouted in the darkness, sending a longing glance towards the plumes of fire that were rising higher in the sky. He wished he could just stay there for a little while longer and revel in the destruction his friends had caused to such disgusting people (hypocrite).

“And the villains?”

Toga grinned maniacally, her white canines piercing through the darkness of the building they were standing atop of. “All taken care of. Sako has them all marbled and tied up for the police! Though we still have to leave our mark so they know it was us…”

Tomura grinned, already making his way towards the other side of the building where Kurogiri’s portal was waiting for him. Bless that man, he was the best.

“Then we better get moving.”

He jumped downwards, landing in the swirling mist of Kurogiri’s portal. When he came out, he was faced with Sako bundling up all the criminals with one giant bow. When his eyes met his, Tomura just raised an eyebrow, wondering why Sako was wrapping them up like an early christmas present.

The man just shrugged halfheartedly in response. Tomura knew if the mask wasn’t in the way, he would be greeted with a cheery smile that didn’t match what the man was currently doing.

Toga and him walked over, examining all the criminals and the state they were in. Most of them were littered with cuts and bruises, courtesy of Toga, Spinner, and Magne. Some of them were covered in burns, which could be accredited to Dabi and Twice, who had made copies of Dabi to assist the original.

Truly, it was something worth being proud over, and Tomura couldn’t help but smile cruelly at what his members had been able to accomplish. He’d never felt such pride towards people before, but now that he was privy to the feeling, he couldn’t wait to feel it even more. It was like he was riding a high he couldn’t and didn’t want to get down from. It was wonderful.

The rest of the League walked towards them, admiring the work Sako had done. Spinner laughed, saying that they looked all cutesy wrapped up neatly in a pink bow with glitter littering their heads. Magne seemed to agree, because she was smiling softly in Spinner’s direction while laughing at the sight before her.

All in all, everyone seemed to enjoy the effort Sako had gone through to please the authorities.

“This is a great start to the plan,” Tomura said, meeting each of his friends with a grin on his face. They all returned it in kind, none of them shying away from the cruel look that had overtaken his face.

“Toga, would you like to do the honors?” He held out a sharpie in the young girl’s direction. He knew from her inquiry on the rooftop that she was interested in letting the authorities know who exactly had done their jobs for them. In fact, Tomura bet that Toga also wanted a chance to be creative and chaotic, not that they didn’t do that enough.

Toga lit up like a ball of fucking sunshine, quickly snatching the sharpie from his grasp and bolting over towards the bow like a woman on a mission. She immediately started working, writing their new title in fancy letters to grab the attention of the police and heroes that ended up stumbling upon their hard work.

When she stepped back, she tilted her head and admired her work, a small smile gracing her face when she turned around. “All done!”

The rest of the League inspected what she had written, all of their faces filling with mirth once they finished reading. It was perfect, and sure to grab the attention of the authorities even more so than before.

Kurogiri opened his warpgate, and one by one they all entered the portal, walking through and ending up in their home, the bar. The moment they were all through, everyone started celebrating their first success.

Dabi walked up behind him, slinging an arm around his shoulder. Usually, Tomura would’ve tried to push him off or decay him, but he found the itch in his neck had lessened significantly since meeting his family and realizing his friends weren’t so bad.

“Well boss, that was probably the best mission you’ve ever led. How does it feel?”

Dabi’s tone was usually light and mocking, but right now it was completely different. Tomura could tell that he was actually asking him a genuine question. He couldn’t help feeling surprised that Dabi knew how to speak to him in a civil and casual manner.

Shrugging his shoulders’, Dabi’s arm moving up in tandem, he looked around the bar. Another grin slipped onto his face, and he slid his hands into his pockets. “It feels fucking awesome.”

Dabi chuckled, glancing around the room with him. “Step one of our plan has now been initiated.”

Tomura laughed, his insides feeling warm at watching all his friends and colleagues laugh and dance around the bar like fools. It wasn’t often they allowed themselves to let go of their tough acts, just acting like normal people. But when they did, everyone became affected by the atmosphere, and no one could withstand the amount of energy present within the bar.

“Yeah, we’ll have to let her know.”

The arm that had been slung over his shoulder slipped itself off, and Dabi started making his way towards the other members of the League. “Do that later, come party with us boss.

Tomura blinked and found another maniacal grin slipping onto his face. It seemed he had a thing for those this evening. He followed after Dabi quickly, allowing himself to be dragged into all the stupid activities the League were partaking in. Normally, he would’ve gone and hidden out in his room, but now he wanted to be a part of the action. They were all family, whether by blood or not, so the best they could do was be there for each other. That was what family was all about (or, that’s what Auntie Inko said at least).

Tomura threw himself into the cheery atmosphere of the League, happy that they had completed the first step of the plan given to them by his aunt. Yes, the League of Villains were no more, and the League of Vigilantes were sure to make a splash in the world.

He was sure of it.
