Red eyes mean they don’t care for you
Black eyes is your soulmate

”Oh well.” Dazai was definitely expecting to see A-LOT of red eyes. He didn’t.
”Kunikidaa~~” Dazai said looking at kunikida *he has blue eyes, how sweet.* Dazai thought.
“What Dazai?” Kunikida asked, he got ignored.
”I’ll look at everyone in the agency!” Dazai exclaimed.
”Uh okay?” Kunikida said.
and so Dazai went, looking around at everyone.

“Interesting, well today is my day off so maybe I’ll have a look.” Chuuya said.
Chuuya went on his motorcycle and drove to port mafia headquarters. Once he got inside he saw everyone’s eyes.
All of the lower ranks had pink eyes
all of black lizard: blue

“I wonder about Dazai does he care?” Chuuya asked.
A random bar Chuuya found named Lupin
Chuuya was just drinking at a random bar he found in a alleyway. The waiter knew him somehow by that red head boy that Dazai always talked about. Which made Chuuya furious of course that bastard was talking shit about him while drunk!
”Ah Chu- Oh” Dazai was cut off by the color of Chuuya’s eyes.

”Dazai why are your eyes black?” Chuuya asked (he had already forgotten what the colors mean)
Chuuya and Dazai stood there for awhile just looking at each other saying absolutely nothing the entire time.
“Chuuya do you remember what the colors mean?” Dazai asked eyes still blown wide.
“No I’m shit drunk.” Chuuya said slurring a bit before passing out.

After the incident Dazai took Chuuya home and put him in his bed. “Why does my soulmate have to be such a lightweight!”
Dazai whined while he thought Chuuya was sleeping peacefully since it has been 12 hours since he put Chuuya in his bed.
“HAh?” Chuuya woke up. oops. “Finally awake sleeping beauty it’s been hours!” Dazai said throwing his arms up.
“Dazai what did you say?” Chuuya asked. And vomited in the trash can just on time.
“Ew Chuuya have some respect!” Dazai held Chuuya’s hand and waited for Chuuya to complain. “What did you just say Bastard!?” He didn’t complain?
“I said you should have some respect!” Dazai knew what Chuuya was talking about and still didn’t listen.
”No i mean about us being SOULMATES?!?” Chuuya yelled.
“I mean exactly what I said Chuuya. When you see one with black eyes there your soulmate.” Dazai said chuckling a bit.
“So we’re soulmates?” Dazai nodded, still holding Chuuya’s hand not wanting to let go.
“But soulmates have to love eachother?” Chuuya said “You dont love me.” Chuuya pulled his hand away and looked at Dazai.
“I do!” Dazai said “I’ve loved you since we were fifteen!
“Then say it if you really do. Say you love me.” Dazai couldn’t he couldn’t say it? He didn’t know why?
“I knew it!” Chuuya looked at Dazai with heartbreak.
“I love you.” Chuuya said “And your only job was to love me back.” Chuuya began to walk out until Dazai grabbed his waist from behind.
“No wait! I love you too!, Chuuya please don’t leave me!” Dazai figured out why he couldn’t say it. He was afraid of losing Chuuya, losing his partner, losing his long time crush, losing his best friend.
“I will protect you with all my life Chuuya though I know you won’t need me I want too.” Dazai grabbed Chuuya’s hand twirling him over. “Dazai it’s the same for me! I’ll protect you! I want too aswell! Just please don’t die!” Chuuya begged.
“I love you, Chuuya. I’ll try to live for your sake.”
“I love you too, Osamu. And I’ll hold you to that, bastard.
