   Summary

   There was no loading screen. Stanley was floating in the air and then he was lying down on what he presumed was a mattress. Slowly opening his eyes, Stanley took in a hospital bed. He was no longer wearing his office clothes but a hospital gown with different wires sticking out. An overbearingly white room framed a slumped dozing man in the chair. Stanley moved closer to investigate the man consequently creaking his bed startling them. Startled grey eyes that softened in relief as they met Stanley's brown eyes.

   "Stanley?" asked the stranger.

   Stanley froze taking in the man's voice. It was The Narrator's. What was going on?

   Stanley wakes up in a hospital after a coma and is greeted by a man with The Narrator's voice. First he believed it was a new ending but could The Stanley Parable really be a dream caused by a coma.
