Summary
As the century creeps into its final decade, London seems set on wallow in its worst reputation. Harrowhark Nonagesimus, faded gentry and last representative of her name, has the misfortune of coming across a too-familiar corpse. The police are less than worthless, but a strange woman she meets draws her attention to multiple unsolved and unmentioned murder cases throughout the city. Perhaps she draw's Harrow's attention in other ways as well.
Will looking into a case as suppressed as this lead to justice, or simply more victims?
