relationships and compatibilities are so important when finding your beloved, it was said that people often ask for their partners mbti whenever trying to check if they match. if they do then good for them, if not, they either try to work it out or end it in a bad ending.
every year the mbti love website updates the best matches of the year from peoples answer and celebrities relationships and somehow people are always hyped and refreshing nonstop on new year instead of saying happy new year to their relatives.
today is the 31st of december and sunoo is glancing at jungwon refreshing his phone nonstop waiting for the website to finally refresh. “jungwon, i think you should stop refreshing the pag-” jungwon cut sunoo off and screamed, “oh my god! it’s the 10 second countdown, sunoo hold my hand i am so nervous right now! i hope my mbti matches with him..!” jungwon squeezed sunoos hand tightly.
‘3.. 2.. 1.. congratulations to intp and enfp for being the first place!’ seeing the pop up text jungwon let out a disappointing sigh impatiently reloading the page to see if him and his beloved crush mbti would come in second place. “gosh darn it.. our mbti match came in 5th..” jungwon slowly untightens sunoos hands. “ey.. 5th place is not that bad.. maybe next year you and your.. beloved crush will come in 1st!” sunoo pats jungwons shoulder.
“that’s what you said last year as well.. i mean as least we did jump one place but..” jungwon plop his body onto the bed letting it bounce. sunoo sees how jungwon is discouraged and decided to tickle his tummy. “hey! that tickles!” jungwon started pushing sunoo while slowly laughing uncontrollably.

both of them are now laying on the bed breathless from tickling each other for too long. “aren’t you a enfp sunoo?” jungwon looked at sunoo while fidgeting on his nails that he forgotten to cut yesterday. “hm.. yeah, who do you think is an intp in our school?” sunoo made eye contact with jungwon. jungwon whipped out his phone as he got reminded of something. “remember how we all typed our mbti last week for today? i think if i scroll down a bit i can help you check!” jungwon started scrolling while seconds of silence pass by. “there!” jungwon shifted his phone to a more visible position.
as their eyes slowly passes down from names to names they finally found it but.. it’s a boy?
“lee heeseung..? is he that guy who went popular in our school for his save in his basketball team last month and got 1st place in our school?” jungwon slightly frowned trying to recall if the information he blurted was true.
sunoo slowly starts nodding his head but suddenly starts shaking his head making his hair slightly tangled with the friction applied on the pillow. “half right half wrong, technically he saved his team and got into the finals, they still have another round in the mid of january to determine their place.” sunoo said it like he memorized every word.
jungwon suddenly started smirking, “ooo.. how do you know so much about it..?” he wiggled his eyebrows while waiting for a respond from sunoo. “did you forget i am literally in the photography club.. i have to know the schedules of those stinky boys matches so our club can post it on our social media!” sunoo glared. jungwon avoided eye contact and cleared his throat while starting to feel a bit embarrassed for forgetting that his best friend is in that club.
sunoo lifted up his blanket to cover himself cozily, “jungwon.. can we sleep now it’s already almost..12.15am..” he then proceeded to mumble something softly that only jungwon can seem to comprehend. “goodnight sunoo..” jungwon went to off his lights and patted sunoo before putting himself to sleep.

“jay.. why is the fireworks late.. it’s already 12.15am..” heeseung sighs and leans himself on jay. “maybe because the operator is too busy checking out the mbti love website.” jay joked recalling to how the crowd voices raised when the best mbti match was shown on the advertisement screen in front. “impossible if they really are they would have been done checking it out by a couple of minutes.. i could have been home playing my games but i was forced by you..” heeseung let out a tsk crossing his arms to slightly warm himself from the cold weathers these days.
“hey you really need a break from your games you know.. find someone you like and-” heeseung then suddenly cut off jay, “i already found someone that i liked..” heeseung slightly redden up remembering when his eyes widen when he found out which mbti got 1st place this year. “right.. let me change my sentence a bit, get that person to like you.” jay teased heeseung. before heeseung was about to rip jays hair off, the fireworks suddenly started to light up the sky.
“there you go! the fireworks have finally arrived!” jay quickly took his phone out to film the fireworks with the worst framing ever and proceeds to cheer out loud. the crowd also started getting hyped after seeing the dark miserable sky getting light up with dazzling strokes of lines making up a circle. “your framing in your video is so bad..” heeseung rolled his eyes and glanced over to the different shapes formed by the fireworks. “how about you ask your ‘boyfriend’ from that club to come down and help me then.” jay rolled his eyes.
“he does photo.. not video you stupid..”

it’s finally morning and sunoo almost lost tracks of the amount of time he got woken up by loud noises, one from the fireworks, two from the waterbottle… and so forth, he rubbed his eyes as he led himself to the kitchen to grab a glass of water for his hydration. once afternoon strikes sunoo has to arrive at his part-time job in the cake shop.
even though it was new year, sunoo believes that he should also take this as a opportunity to visit one of his favourite person.
“jungwon, wake up..” sunoo rolled him around with a sleepy voice. “5.. more minutes..” jungwon dragged out his words. sunoo sighs and just proceeded to start his morning routine first without jungwon.

“sunoo! there you are! i have something for you to help me with come here and wear your apron!” minyoung, as known as, sunoos favourite person in the cake shop, tossed on an apron and dashed into the kitchen. sunoo just hurriedly wore the apron. “sunoo, we just recently created a new recipe for new year and i need you to try it.” minyoung came back with a new dish. she fed sunoo waiting for a reaction to come out. “mom.. this tastes like heaven! it tastes so creamy as well and the rainbow sherbet on top tastes so good!” minyoung nodded quickly and proceeded to explain the dish.
“everything here is handmade and it’s very easy to make, just some vanilla ice cream with some different colours of sweet flavours and the rainbow sherbet is done, for the creamy cake we just used one of our old recipe that we didn’t publish that time!” minyoung smiled.
to sunoo, minyoung is like his second mother, the first one wasn’t really the best. minyoung has always taken care of sunoo ever since he had told his backstory. whenever sunoo needs something, minyoung will grant it right away, whether it is a place to live or something he needs, minyoung will always say yes. though minyoung is just 5 years older than sunoo, he still finds her comforting as a ‘mother’.

“hello! welcome to kiz cake shop! what can i get for you?” sunoo brightly smiled. instead of a response of what they want, the customer gasped. sunoo tilted his head in confusion, “is something wrong miss?” the customer then replied instantly, “i don’t know if you remember me but in the past i asked for a photo of my crush from you.." sunoo slowly recalls the ‘customer’ name, “oh! you are jiyun right?”
jiyun nodded her head and smiled proceeding to say something, “you know the person who i requested.. is now my boyfriend!” jiyun showed her bracelet with his initial. “wa! congratulations jiyun!” sunoo clapped softly. “it’s all thanks to you sunoo.. anyways can i just take a picture with you since there’s luckily no customers behind me waiting? i want to post it on my enstagram to share it to my friends!” jiyun grabbed her phone out. “sure sure!”
they both striked a v pose and a snap was heard. “thank you sunoo! what’s your enstagram, lemme tag and follow you!” jiyun smiled brightly. after exchanging each others social media accounts, she proceeded to order a strawberry cheesecake and went on to a table to wait for her order.

“jungwon, todays shift was the best, i am literally such a good person.” sunoo slightly bragged. “what did you do this time.” jungwon pulled a pillow onto his lap glaring. “oh did you really think i did something stupid? i just made a relationship come true! during my shift i met a person that requested for her crush photo and in the end they are now dating! they used my photos i taken to create a slideshow as a confession.” sunoo placed his hands on his chest.
sunoo then proceeded to explain to him that jiyun posted him on enstagram, even the comments under the post were so positive! “geez, are you sure you are going to school to do love work or what.” jungwon huffed. “tsk, why are you so annoyed today jungwon..” sunoo hugged him tightly.
“i am just worried for you.. the past hours i have been thinking that what if i wasn’t there for you when you got kicked out of your apartment cause you couldn’t pay your rent in time..” jungwon looked into sunoos eyes. sunoo plastered a fake smile on his face comforting jungwon that it’s fine and he will find a solution soon.

jungwons snoring was loud and sunoo cannot get himself to sleep. he kept rolling around the bed thinking of how is he going to get more money, he can’t possibly get another part-time job since it is already tiring enough. school is also about to start soon for him and if he doesn’t catch up with his academics he won’t be able to get into a good full-time job.
sunoo gives up and shuts his eyes praying that all his thoughts will go blank and be able to sleep. but suddenly sunoo had a light bulb moment, his eyes widened at the genius idea he had. he was so ready to share it to jungwon next morning. at ease he finally shuts his eyes and got his hours of beauty sleep.

sunoo was sitting beside the window scrolling through his phone while listening to the birds chirping outside, he decided to take a picture of the sunrise while waiting for jungwon to wake up. when suddenly, sunoo received a warm hug from a sleepy jungwon. “good morning sun..”
“sun? you have never called me that before.” sunoo giggled and hugged jungwon back. “felt that i needed to give you a nickname..” jungwon awkwardly adjusts himself. “jungwon, why do you sound like you have something to say?” sunoo frowned.
jungwon let out a heavy sigh and suddenly apologizes for yesterdays behaviour, “im sorry.. i just felt like i shouldn’t had brought up that topic..” jungwon sighed for the second time. sunoo slouched and gave a pout in return, “jungwon, don’t say that, honestly i’m glad you did mention that cause last night i thought of an idea!” sunoo brushed his hair back.
“basically you remember how i told you how i made a lovely couple relationship yesterday? maybe i should charge people from now so i can get a few more cash.” sunoo held his imaginary stack on cash. jungwon furrowed his brows in response, “won’t customers run away then?”
sunoo scoffed. “in the past their payment were plushies, i can just sell the ones i received from my crush photo services and change the payment into cash instead. plus isn’t finding plushies harder than just giving money?” sunoo pointed out the logic.
“alright then.” jungwon nodded. sunoo sighed a big relief, it’s like a son asking a mother if they could have a sleepover at someones house.

apparently sunoo has a private little group chat that is exclusive to only those who have access. ‘those’ refers to his customers waiting for their orders. how does sunoo even get pictures of people you may ask? either he goes up bravely and ask them to post for a picture for their enstagram or he just prays that the person would be in a event that he is on duty for.
but in those situations he kept himself anonymous, it doesn’t even seem like people would suspect him in doing this cause..
number 1, he created a enstagram account dedicated to the school students, so if he said that he will post those people as an excuse, he would use this account to cover up, luckily this account seemed to be a hit in the school.
number 2, he has another private enstagram account for the ‘crush photo service’. so if he gets customers, just a click on the follow button and some checking procedures from sunoo allows them to see the link to the group chat to dm. the last step is for the customers to key in some information so sunoo can check whether they aren’t some detectives ready to destroy his little service. p.s, he has a whole online student list due to his club.
well.. that’s all but a lot to make sure that he doesn’t get caught and kicked out of the school.. as sunoo was changing the price for his services, he suddenly got a follow request. “bingo! my first customer of the year.”
sunoo clicked on the enstagram account and suddenly the name scratched something in his brain. “isn’t this.. the class president?” sunoo eyes widened, never in his life has he ever expected someone so smart and quiet to be asking for a crush photo service? sunoo clicked before the notification could run away. he rubbed his eyes to double check if he is just hallucinating or not but turns out all the posts were selfies of her, the username even indicated her full name, yi e-jun. sunoo exhaled still feeling a little suspicious, the post giving such a different vibe from her in school.
in school, she would have this neatly tied up hair with no extra accessories. but somehow in her post, she had this messy hair with some neat makeup? adding on to it, she is wearing a y2k style? geez, doesn’t even look one bit like her.
exhaling for the final time sunoo finally accepts the follow request. only a few second past and a message was already sent by her, it’s like she had been waiting and refreshing to see if the request is accepted.
sunoo clicked on the message and went on typing.

it didn’t took long for e-jun to input the procedures and order. sunoo took a scan through and confirmed that somehow this was the class president. as sunoo was checking who the crush was, a gasped was let out. on the document it indicated ‘lee heeseung of class N3’
oh lord, this is quite a mission to get.
