    A week passed after the events of "Can't Let You Know" and Crowley is back for more, making Sam realize that if he was to stay with his demon brother, his body might not be the only thing in grave danger. So he does the only thing that he can think of, the only option that was never really an option, something that he knows he really shouldn't do, but does it anyway.
    He runs away.
