047. Hands

Summary:

looking Jason at face value, no one could tell that he was anything other than cool, calm and composed, you have to be behind him, behind his high walls and perfect masks, to see that his hands were shaking.

Jason’s hands are shaking, Chrissy notices.

he must too, as he clasps them behind him, back straight, head up, looking to his father as he approaches them- about to introduce Chrissy as his girlfriend.

He had warned beforehand, they were very Christian, conservative, disciplinarian, we are not friends parents, he doesn’t know how accepting they would be about all this fraternizing outside of marriage. but he loves her, and that was worth disobeying the rules for once.

and so she takes his hand in hers, feeling the tremor and the fear and letting him know he was worth it too.

Notes:

it is to be noted, that the drabble topics are from my own choice, not a particular challenge or collection, so i dont know how many i will make as i am making them up as i go. a random word and a hundred words, i want to make a hundred drabbles. i am open to requests, however, you can only give me a word and a couple, not the whole plot. for e.g ( escape, harryxhermione, harry potter series). not ( harry and hermione escape to rome. or harry and hermione escape a stuffy ministry party) for more clarification, comment and ask below.
