    Buck couldn’t help but to think he didn’t deserve Eddie, that Chris and Eddie shouldn’t have to put up with him and all of his baggage. It was why he stayed at the loft most nights, not wanting to burden Eddie with all his troubles. Plus, if he was at home, he didn’t have to see the terror in Eddie’s eyes as his boyfriend watched him thrash violently in bed, trying to fight off all the demons in his head as he slept. He wished all his problems had washed away as easily as the tsunami had.
