It was a quiet night, laying on the floor in their unfurnished apartment. There had been a mess-up with the moving company so their stuff had all gone to Connor's old place instead of their new home. But it didn't matter because they were laying on the ground, and Will had his head on Connor's stomach and the dessert plates they'd had delivered were left a few feet away.
"I've made a mistake," Connor said, and Will tipped his head to the side to look towards his boyfriend's face.
"What's that? Too much cheesecake?"
"No, not that. Although, yeah, that. I don't think I can live without you."
"I can't live without me either, darling," Will said lightly, and Connor sighed fondly.
"I'm serious. I don't think I could survive if you left. I've built this life around you, around you being here with me, and if you were gone, everything would crumble."
"Well, luckily for you, you don't have to worry about me leaving. You're stuck with me now, even if you wanted to leave me, I'd just follow you wherever you go. I'm stuck on you."
"And I'm stuck on you," he agreed.
"Good, then we're in agreement. We won't ever have to find out since we're always going to be here with each other."
