Space is wild and vast and wonderful, but staying could mean never returning to Gotham, never having the chance to help his city. Staying would mean setting aside his quest, his exhaustion, everything he's been working for.
Nearly a week ago, Bruce - nearly literally - ran into a British stranger outside of Nanda Parbat. The man was clearly in trouble, and fighting aliens of all things. In an effort to prevent Ra's and the League finding out, Bruce offered his help. Bruce ended up in space, in the strangest space ship he's ever heard of, with an offer he's not sure he can refuse.
