A patrolling deity is going to be presented here, they have scheduled an audience with you today; the evening star spoke
Taibai Jinxing also known as the great white planet or evening star was known as an aide to the entourage of the Jade Emperor to correct/right decisions. He helped the jade emperor hire sun wukong into three celestial realm to become the protector of horses.
although that didn't go as well as they thought it would given that's when the havoc in heaven started.
"What is the reason for the scheduling" the Emperor asks
"Can't say for sure my emperor, but they say it's urgent news" the evening star stated
Right on time; Light footsteps could be heard approaching the celestial palace throne room; it was a Day Patrol Deity.
The figure made its way to the throne room and kowtowed to the larger figure
"Jade emperor.. I come bearing news" the god spoke
"Proceed and stand." the Emperor droned
Just like that the figure got up from the bow and stood up straight facing the jade emperor
"I've come to report a disturbance." This intrigued the Emperor
"My Lord, do you remember the celestial light that Pierced through the heavens all those Years ago? The light created by the birth of Sun wukong."
The Emperor's face shifted to an agitated look, the embarrassing memories of the celestial primate wreaking havoc throughout the heavens wasn't a memory he liked to look back at.
"Well I've come to report that another energy surge just as that one"
The jade emperor flinched and leaned slightly forward towards the smaller deity "Explain."
"Well my emperor, what I'm saying is we're getting report's of the same spike in magical energy as the one sun wukong released when he was born."
Silence
"There cannot be another primate like HIM. We must take action immediately." he demanded
"My Lord" the evening star began while looking up at the Emperor "might I suggest something to help with this situation?"
"Proceed"
The great white planet stepped up and announced:
"As we know in the past tightening circlets we're given to the Bodhisattva Guanyin by the Buddha, we also known that Guanyin gave one of said fillets to the protector of horses during his long journey with the great monk Tang Sanzang also known as Tripitaka. I have a proposal, I will find out who or what created the power surge and ask the Bodhisattva herself for a singular circlet and I will craft it to my will making whatever fiend that created that magical spike wear it and think it's a mere accessory."
Taibai Jinxing explained simply To the Emperor that seemed like a great plan and dismissed the Day Patrol deity and told the great white planet to make haste and find out who made the spike of magical energy.

The evening star made his way to Guanyin's birthplace where the lovely bodhisattva was at the moment, he entered and awaited for instructions when a simple celestial fairy said
"You may see the bodhisattva now"
He paced towards where she was and bowed "bodhisattva guanyin" the great white planet said "I humbly ask for one of your golden circlets"
This surprised her, nobody has needed such things in a long time let alone ASK for one
"Why do you need one of my golden tightening circlets Great white planet?"
The Star Jinxing took a deep breath before explaining how a patrolling day deity reported a spike in magical energy resembling one of bodhisattva Guanyin's old disciples sun wukong the celestial primate, he told her how he has to find whoever created the energy and give them the fillet in order to prevent chaos from spreading like how the protector of horse's spreaded his chaos throughout the heavens.
The Goddess thought for a second taking in the situation the bodhisattva Guanyin was the goddess of mercy, and sympathy/compassion the first thought she could think of was if the thing that created the magical energy actually deserved such a thing or not but then the white planet slipped out
"It's under the jade emperor's orders"
Knowing she can't really go against the jade emperor she budged, giving the Great white planet a single golden circlet.
"Only use it in this person if they have done wrong, I do not condone the use of torture on those who are innocent."
"Yes goddess" he bowed again showing his thanks before grabbing the circlet and leaving her domain.
The great white golden star then scouted looking to pinpoint where the energy surged until
"Hm.. The Qitian Dasheng Monkey King Temple? Could it have come from that insolent ape? You think he'd learned his lesson!" the star huffed getting closer to the temple as it started getting late.
There he found two people The first person he spotted was the great sage himself The second person was a mortal, a young adult who was talking to the ape
"Hm I had heard that the protector of horses had retired and chosen a successor but I couldn't believe such a thing.. Although knowing him he would be the one to want to be lazy all day." the star thought out aloud.
The monkey ruffled the kids hair and told him to go home While he watched the mortal walk to a strange vehicle the star found that right now was a good time to speak to the ape
"Protector of horses." he commented
Doing so he struck a nerve in sun wukong
"don't call me that!" the simian spat with a growl, baring his long canines. the monkey's eyes glowed a golden color before he looked in the direction of the star
"Ah-hah. Taibai Jinxing, the great white golden star son of the White Emperor." he echoed "why are you here"
