   Summary

   Cade was always tough. Maybe a little unstable after her time locked up. Now they had to let her out, getting pulled for the 75th Hunger Games. Could she complain though, when it led to the Girl on Fire to end up in her bed?

   Hesitantly, as though it might ruin the moment entirely, she brought her own hand over her cheek. Thumb stroking along the bone. When she didn’t pull away, she released her breath. Breathing her in, moonlight shining around her like a halo. Or so it seemed.
   She had moved in first. Claiming her soft lips on her own neglected and chapped ones. Leaning back to see Katniss’ reaction. Shocked.
   As she was beginning to doubt what she’d done, Katniss Moved her hand behind her head. Pulling her in closer and kissing her again. Soft, like her lips. Demanding as she worked Cade’s mouth open. Tongues fighting against each other.
