June 4th, 1989
We ended up unloading our bags out of the bus and then watched another bus come by. There was a kid in the back who held up a sign saying:
BEWARE OF LA MADRE CAPTIVA.
A lot of kids looked shaken up after seeing the sign and they all looked shaken. They had all looked at each other.
Then a kid spoke up and talked about how when his brother went to Scramble Farm he claimed to have seen La Madre Captiva.
Apparently this La Madre Captiva was an outcast living in a washed away town called San Marino. Which was where Scramble Farm was now. And she had become pregnant by her Australian lover but he had abandoned her on the spot after learning she was pregnant. Then the town killed her after she gave birth to her baby.
And now they say she haunts the place she died.
One kid spoke up saying she was a superthief who was working to take down a criminal organization. And then another said that she was also in a relationship with a woman and that was why she had been outcasted by the town.
I myself had been personally spooked by the whole thing. But much to my dismay, the story began to spread like wildfire. And soon everyone was talking about La Madre Captiva.
But anyways, we got inside the camp and as soon as I settled into the cabin with my roommates, Johnny, Kyle, James, Juan, Julio, Cesar, and myself. I also got this weird feeling that someone was watching us. SOMEONE!
God, I just hope we survive out of here.
