Vash can't help the way he scoffs and all but short-circuits in front of the man. Every time he tries to open his mouth, the words that come out are nothing but a garbled mess. He can feel the heat rising in his cheeks and the way his fingers start to shake.
"This is so—I don't know what to say," Vash says, running his fingers through his hair. The man’s smile only grows wider.
"Well, I could tell you what to say, but I might be a little biased."
